We have a specific look and feel that we have configured on a PoC project created by using RH 2020 - Frameless format. We cant other products to follow the same format. Is there a way to save a RH 2020 project as a template that others can pick up and continue?

You can export the skin, then import that skin into another project, but I think that's about the extent of it.

If you want folder structures and things, you might be able to set up a project with the basic folders you want, skin, etc. Store it in a central location. Then have staff copy it to the location for the new project and rename it. Theoretically that should work.

It should be easy enough to try out, then write it up in your tech writer team style guide. You might need to include steps such as making sure the output path etc in the presets are changed so you don't accidentally generate over a different project - that's the sort of stuff you'd need to check and document.
