Trouble with recent file RoboHelp_CSH.h in Robohelp 2022

Hi, our developer has been tasked with integrating the new frameless output into the software, and I have provided him with the API folder from RH 2022. After many years, we are switching from CHM to HTML5. Now it turns out that the file is not working. For example, the page to be opened should always open in Internet Explorer 11. This no longer works. Is there a more recent version of this file? Or can anyone here help?

This is the exact recommended file $ProgramFolder\Adobe\Adobe RoboHelp\CSH_API\C++\win\RoboHelp_CSH.h

Thanks

Your devs should be able to edit the C++ to fix that if you want to use the API method.

You don't have to use the API. Just call the help as described in the link I gave you.

If you mean this page, it helped us to display the IVZ, thank you!

The page to open should appear in whatever the default browser is set to - not IE11!
Are the CSH calls launching the correct topic?

I don't believe there is a later version. You would have to check with Adobe Support. See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#robohelp for your Adobe Support options. The email link tcssup@adobe.com is recommended as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including RoboHelp.

That said, IE is no longer recommended by Microsoft and not installed on current operating systems. Why would you want to specify IE noting that.

This page on my site may help re calling help generally.

We don't want to specify IE. That's a misunderstanding. It's the other way around. RoboHelp_CSH.h didn't work at first because it said that IE must be open.
This ist only one issue to show that the file is obviously out of date.
