Accessing Team Project created by user with closed account

Earlier this year, I had a contractor on my video team create a Team Project in Premiere for us to work on a big project for the company. Three of us had access to the project, and we were all working in it to complete a few dozen videos. The contractor left last month, and when our IT team closed his seat on the account, we lost access to the Team Project he created that we were working in.

Our admin was able to track down and send a zip file of the "synced files, libraries and cloud documents" from his account, but I'm not sure how to use that file to resurrect the project in my accout so the remaining team members can access it again. Does anyone know how to do this?

You could open a 'local only' version to recover project items, if you have access to the projects .tpr file which is located in the path specified under the 'Auto Save' preference [Default is: Application Support/Adobe/Common/Team Projects Local Hub/Auto Saves/].
Create a 'local' folder under the 'Auto Saves' location and copy the .tpr file there. Open the project via the 'Manage Team Projects’ dialog.

I'm moving this from the Premiere Pro forum to the Teams forum, where you may get better help.
