[Help] Team Projects won't let me add contributers (01-18-22)

Hi, I'm trying to send the project to a collaborator like I always do, however Adobe Premiere Pro is not letting me at the moment.

 

"The People Graph Service is currently unavailable.  Please close the Edit Collaborators dialogue and try again later." is the error message I am recieving.  I'm unable to even attempt to edit collaborators at this moment and Im not sure why.

 

I've restarted Premiere

I've restarted my comuter

Im connected to the internet and its working.

Adobe Cloud is logged in and on line

 

I am the owner of this team project and trying to invite a collaborator

    Dear Udo,

    Hi Stefanie,
    The interruption should have been very brief. Do you have troubles inviting collaborators to any Team Project or just a specific Project?

    I'm having this problem and it's now been 2 hours. What can I do?

    Hi, as Neil already mentioned we had indeed some intermittend outages that impacted the service needed to invite collaborators.
    The team is already working on a fix.

      On rare occasions, their service can be down for a few minutes. I've only had this happen once, thankfully.

       

      So for now, try again, perhaps, and see if it's their issue and back online?
