invisible publish window in premiere pro team projects

When I want to save my changes and publish my team project, I obviously click on the arrow up (or now the blue button in the latest version) and there should be a small window to confirm my choice. Instead, nothing happens and i can't interact with the screen because the invisible window needs to be closed first. The software knows it's there but I don't see it (it's not behind or dragged out of my monitor screen).

TEMPORARY SOLUTION: press TAB + ENTER and the window gets approved and all is saved fine, but I would really like to fix this.

Does the issue persist after a machine reboot?

Unfortunately no. The problem even stays after updating. I do not know if reinstalling Premiere Pro would help, but this is not an option because I am worried other problems might occur.

The same project works fine on other MacBooks and Windows PCs
