Questions

I'm trying to make a scene where the viewer looks through a door and a tunnel is stretching out in front of them. The way I've set it up makes the tunnel wider than the opening of the door to show depth and gets smaller the farther back it gets in the tunnel. I would love to find a way to make the tunnel only be visible when looking through the door. Any tips on this? 

I have tried every combination of formats and zipping to bring objects from Maya to Aero. Sometimes fbx work and sometimes dae works but most of the time they do not. I have also zipped the object with the textures included, and I make sure the textures are not too big. Its very frustrating because there is no consistency to this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.ThanksDon

Hello,I have installed Aero and it was running fine then it started crashing. When opening, it starts to load, then it closes without any errors or notifications. Hey there,I have a problem filming the preview of my AeRo scene.I have an iPhone 13 but AeRo (Version 2.18.4 (111)) records in a super low resolution/quality.There is no button on the preview to choose the resolution.The only solution I found so far is to record my screen while being on the preview but then In have the AeRo interface on the screen. Is there any possibility to record the preview in a good resolution/quality?Thank you so much for your help!

I have been able to test Aero Geospatial a little, enough to see it would be a perfect tool for our curriculum in the program I teach in. We will make do without the beta features if we must but it's so incredibly easy to use it would be a shame if we couldn't install it in our labs right away.

Hello, I wanted to do an AR project for a client and wanted to know where the files project file resides, will it stay in the Adobe cloud connected to my account and if so how long? Should I have to client create their own account so the file can be hosted on their Adobe account?   Also is there any way to keep track of how many times the project was opened via the QR Code or Link? thanks 

Hi, I modeled and rigged a character that I'm importing as a glb file into Aero.I works all right, but I have to change the pivot to Origin because when it's importedit comes with a gigantic bounding box and the pivot is far away.I thought that maybe I had a loose part or an extra element, so I tested sending just the meshes withoutthe armature and it imported well.I also re-imported that glb into blender and it comes with the right pivot and bounding box.Any idea?

Hi, I wonder how this works in Aero:- If I import an asset and duplicate it in Aero, it seems to only use the size of the imported asset one time.- However, if I need to replace the asset with another asset, I have to replace it twice, and then it doubles the file size. I like to keep my file size as small as possible, and I reuse the same assets. It would also be nice if all the duplicated assets could be exchanged at once.   

Hello there!I am attempting to export an emitter that is raining coins out of C4D using a baked animation. I am struggling to get the emmiter to bake out using any of the recommended extensions and it is driving me CRAZY. I have tried all kinds of things to find a solution, cloners, baking to instance and re-animating it and nothing is working for meIf anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.Thank you

When I want to replace an asset in Aero that shares the same size and origin as the original asset, I expect it to remain in the correct position. However, when the asset is part of a group, replacing it seems to align it with the group's origin rather than the original asset's origin. I would prefer it to still be replaced at the origin of the selected asset, maintaining its proper placement. Now I take it out the group first, replace the asset, then move it back in the group.

Hi all, After ai intense last couple of weeks using Aero, I would have a few features suggestions for the team. Hopefully they would benefit other users as well.BEHAVIOURS PANEL- ability to move triggers on the panel (this would help to keep the workflow a bit more organised when dealing with complex scenes)- detachable behaviour panel (when working on complex scenes when you need to increase the panel size to view multiple triggers you end up with a small window to edit/preview objects)- ability to preview isolated triggers to test changes (instead of moving to preview window and having to go through all the workflow until reaching the desired step)- edit multiple actions at the same time (for example, selecting multiple similar actions and changing settings like time/position)- clearer view of the Layers tab (currently on the desktop version is hard to visualise each group as it's all in white/light gray)- any chance that we could have the ability to add video files in the futur

I have a recent updated version of Aero. It's been a few days that when I try to share a barcod, this option dissapearing from the sharing options. The only availbe option is to share a link. I've talked to teechnical support, and they tried many diffrent possibilities but nothing works. I also uninstalled the Aero, and even tried to return back to an older version - it's still doesn't let me generate barcode for share, and the barcode is simply not showing up. Anyone had the same issue?

Hello i just get the access to test geospatial, i've made a quick test using adobe ressources and put a dinosaure in the street. Unfortunately aero is unable to generate a link. I tried the Export /Import solution but it doesn't work. i have a creative cloud personnal access and i work on desktop, so it's seems not to be limited by any admin permission.I would love to have a solution on that, so i could test those super cool features 🙂 thanks ! Ben

Can't create a new Adobe Aero link since yesterday! The Adobe server no longer processes the data! Is the issue already in progress? I have a customer presentation and I can't show anything!
