Questions

So our agency is about to launch an AR experience printed on a few million direct mail postcards. Is there any documentation anywhere I can read and ensure my boss we won't run into traffic or bandwidth issues with something this size since all of the files are hosted on the Adobe cloud?

Hi there, I am thinking of using Aero for a project and currently, I'm just thinking about the different ways a user can interact with an AR experience. So I thought of maybe a phone shake, where the user shakes their phone which triggers something to happen. I'm wondering if this sort of user interaction is available in Adobe Aero cause I've been googling and have not found anything.

Is there a way to import 3D sources in creative cloud as aero?

Hi,  I was wondering if anyone could help me with image anchors. I have set up a scene in the desktop version of the Aero app (0.18.4) with my image that I would like as an anchor and added behaviours so that when it is detected, an image sequence (imported as a zip file) plays straight away. When I preview my file, it appears to work just as I want it to but when I share my file (i.e create the QR code and view it on a mobile device), it will not detect the image anchor at all.  Am I doing something wrong? I have looked at several tutorials and followed their process but mine just does not seem to work. I started with a coloured image anchor, which was one of the frames from my image sequence, but that didn't work either so changed it to a solid black, filled in shape so it should be able to detect it more easily but I still cannot get it to work.  I have attached images, the first being my file in Aero on my Mac (running 12.5.1) with the image ancho

I shake the phone a lot.  Is there any experience "smoothing" to be had that I'm unaware of???

Not sure what's happening? I'm dragging and dropping simple test files into Aero that I made in C4D. The FBX I made plays back fine when I import it back into C4D, but Aero refuses to play the animation.1 test file is a cube that has dynamics applied to inflate it into a sphere. I have made the cube into a mesh object, baked the cache, deleted any layer that had a dynamics tag, and this plays back fine when imported into C4D. Does not when imported into Aero.1 test file is simply a cube that has the position parameter animated so it just moves left to right. Aero will accept this animation. What is going on? Can I not use dynamics when exporting for Aero or something?

Hello, I am tasked weith creating a series or AR experiences to help installers in the feild have a better understanding of the intallation process. Do you think Aeo is a good solution for this or would I need somerthing a bit more robust?

Hola!buen día alguién sabe cuando estará disponible la versión Android de Aero para Chile?gracias

Hello,is it possible to import shape key animations made in Blender into Aero? I've created animatd objects in Blender and exported them as GLB. Animations of location, rotation, scale work fine, but not shape keys. Not sure - are shape keys even supported by Aero?

When importing assets into adobe aero the asset is lot loading and only loading the outline. How can I solve this problem?

Hi, I just wanted to ask whether you are still actively developing Aero for android devices, apart from the current beta ones? Aero is great on iOS, but a wider device coverage would make the experiences more accesible. Thanks in advance for any information on this.

Location not recognized problemHello everyone. (I'll use a translator)I'm practicing to create an AR that will be occluded in the building. However, when I share a project using location anchors, my cute little iPhone mini 12 only prompts me to scan the surroundings and doesn't recognize the location.I'm looking for a way to improve this, but I want to know how to fix it because it's not an error.[The production was made by mac studio, and I used app clip without going through the application. {And since I live in Korea, Google does not support 3D tiles.}]I'll be waiting for your answer. Thank you.

I am working on a project that uses some really bright, vibrant yellows. However when I take my file out of substance painter and stager and into the real world, I am getting some pretty washed out colors. Is there anything I can do to help my colors stand out in Aero?

Hola hola Adobe Aero community, I am trying to create a wave/ripple movement for a 2d plane of an ocean. I cannot see way to do this that does not use deformers/modifiers. Since the adobe aero platform cannot yet include this type of animation, I am trying to think of ways around it. For example, creating a skeleton and moving the armature of a plane to create waves on the ocean water. A png sequence is 2d - which i could do - but I wanted it to be a 3d movement. Any thoughts? I am using blender.  For context, I am creating a 3d version of this painting Goddess on the Water. This is one of my oil paintings from the Goddess Series. Here is where I am at so far. I created the 3d shapes in the occulus with Gravity sketch. Then took them to blender for uv mapping and animation. Now I am working on the background. I still have to create her - so far I just made the plants.  https://adobeaero.app.link/gmcjMGRMhDb The photo of the painting is below - open the aer

Im trying to export a file from blender to aero, but the 3d model always comes yellow. I tried every possibility of exporting, but nothing resolves my problem. i tried to open in another apps and the textures appear on the model. Then i exported my file to Dimension and the textures appeared, so i decided to export from there to aero, but it didnt work and this message appears: src is not a file. Does someone can help me?

Hi, I'm testing the adobe aero build and getting Unable to determine the device location error, can you guys help me to solve this error?

Hello, I am new to this application and I was searching for the correct workflow for models to be imported to Aero. First of all, is it possible to import lights as well? I am importing a .glb file, but it doesn't seem to show with the lights in Aero. Do I need to bake textures and lights on the model before exporting it in .glb format? Also, I can't play the animation on Aero. Hope you can help me, thank you very much for your support.

I have been having for the last time, the error message of Unable to Update  Link to share an experience in Adobe Aero Beta (0.24.4 (#529)). After several tests of restarting the program, and other actions, I found this solution: Accessing to "Manage Share Link" from the lower left corner of the window to update the sharing link of the AR experience, you access a website with all the files related to the actions carried out - xxxx REVISION - Deleting a large part of them, the error in the update is normalized, working fine the Update. I hope it solves those who have this error.

Hello! I've pretty much reached the end of the road here. We have created a car experience but having trouble fixating the vehicles (when you move they move) when the idea is that they should stay put. Also when setting pivot to bottom after align selecting, setting the y axis to zero the cars appear way to high and nowhere the ground which seems to be surface detecting just fine.  Anyone have any ideas here? Would be highly appreciated

How can I find Aero's beta discord community?

I have 15 layers in the pad, when I import to aero the layers appear in wrong order. The top layer appears in the middle. Please help!

I have multiple triggers. Each trigger lead to several actions. In the future, if I need to change the sequence of the behaviors (one trigger with the actions following it), or add a behavior in the middle or at the beginning. Is there a way to do so? Or the sequence of the behaviors does not matter in the current Adobe Aero?Thank you very much.Lei

Hi all! I have been trying to figure out if it is possible to add one trigger to a group/folder of assets. I have a proximity fence set up because I don't want people to go beyond a certain area in my scene.  The fence is modular and made up of multiple peices which I have all grouped into one folder. I want the entire fence to show at the same time when the camera enters the proximity trigger. The obvious solution that I have already attempted is to just simply set the subject of the prox trigger to the folder, but it isnt working.  If setting the trigger for the entire group  isnt possible is there at least a way to copy/paste the trigger settings so I don't have to manually set the same trigger 20x? I'm also note sure if setting the triggers on each individual asset will make them all show at once either. Thanks!
