[Moderator moved from Creative Cloud Services to The Lounge.]   Hi everybody I'm Isabella and as a university exam, I have to analyze the brand strategies of Adobe Systems. Now, I'm not sure that this is the right place to ask this but maybe someone could give me a hand. I'm looking for the main Co-brandings that Adobe has made in its history ( just to explain... a Co-branding is a marketing strategy that utilizes multiple brand names on a good or service as part of a strategic alliance ).    

By now everyone is familiar with the "Nigerian letter" or "upfront fee" scam that goes something like this:  Someone contacts you from overseas offering you a share in a large sum of money on the condition you help them transfer money out of their country.  While these scams originated in Nigeria, they now come from all over the world.   This latest version has a new twist.  My business was contacted by one of these yesterday.     Someone contacts your business by phone or e-mail from overseas offering to place a large order for goods.  The scammer requests that the goods be shipped overseas and the price plus freight charges billed to credit cards (sometimes more than one).  The scammer INSISTS that the business use a particular shipping company and provides a phony email address for the shipper.  The business then contacts that “shipping company” which requests the freight charges be paid up front by cash wire transfer.  The stin

I am currently using time machine nr.8 to back up, having had to increase my storage over a long time But... I can't  get rid of of the time machine messages  that constantly  te'll me  that :  Time machine 1,2,3, etc can not be found. Please can you help ? 

I don't know what the verdict is because it hasn't been publicly read yet.  But I think it's a safe bet that it's not a hung jury -- they've deliberated for only 1 day.  Whichever way this case goes, I hope people don't resort to more violence.   

Does anyone know of good software to do DVD authoring?

I noticed that the power woofer on my TV sound system was not working... after connecting a different woofer and still no woof, I decided that the woofer out circuit in my 8+ year old Onkyo receiver/amplifier was no longer working.I had already checked the setup in the Onkyo, and it was still (properly) set to use a woofer (OK... I know it is really called a sub-woofer).As a last step I checked the setup in the Comcast/Xfinity receiver-DVR... it was showing Stereo, not Dolby 5.1 as I had originally specified, and as soon as I set it back to 5.1 sound my woofer started woofing again.I did a search, and found a comment on a discussion forum that when an update is 'pushed' down the wire, it will **sometimes** make unwanted changes to settings.So my conclusion is that an update changed MY setting from 5.1 sound to Stero... meaning no woof.About as bad as a Windows update meaning the need to go to the vendor site and download a video driver update

Why doesn't Adobe just step up and provide good manuals online and moderate Q and A for users.  The user group contsruct wastes so much time. Inconsistent and/or inaccurate responses to issues that should be simple.  Adobe releases and updates software before it's fully-baked and then lets paying customers fine tune and try to train one-another on how to use it.  

I'm contacting brands I already love and use to see if I can have a quick 10 to 15 minute phone call or video call just to ask a few questions related to brand deals and sponsorship deals. I'm a growing influencer/entertainer and just want to be prepared for the future when I do approach brands for deals. I was told on the phone to post this here so hopefully, the right person sees it and can respond. I appreciate it very much!

I've been wondering this for a while, but I am sure theres a way that Adobe could integrate blockchain/tokenization to its products.  Possibly with a new app which makes it easy for artists and creators to immediately make an NFT for their output, or an 'Adobe Coin' which could be used for fast access to upgrades etc?

02/24/21 - Adobe has joined other big-tech companies in the creation of the Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity (C2PA) the goal of which is to create tools which will address 'disinformation' online. Unless 'disinformation' is defined and governed by the people, then these tools are aimed at providing the few the ability to censor any dissenting opinion, programmatically. Explained as a long term scalable, ecosystem-wide solution to provenance-based media authenticity, C2PA had used it's artistic expression to create elegant marketing parlance to mask technology that will reveal the EXACT path of transmission of 'assets' deemed unsuitable. This portends consequences to those whose content is not determined to be of "high-integrity." HelloLooking for advice…How are designs agencies making the most from Creative Cloud?I have 8 in my team. We typically use the top 3 Apps [Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign]. Also Animate, Premiere Pro and After Effects.But there are so many other Apps available in our subscription. I would like to know what other agencies are using, and how.Thank you in advance.

We often bash Adobe for having one of the least user-friendly websites around.  I am not arguing that Adobe's site leaves much room for improvement but compared to what I experienced yesterday from my health insurance provider's website, Adobe's site doesn't seem nearly so bad anymore.   Without naming names, I will just say that this is a major health insurance company. So large in fact that my State's Governor put them in charge of distributing ALL Covid vaccines here.  But their website really, really sucks!  So my confidence in them is not running high at the moment.   After a miserable experience trying to enter my primary care doctor's name and a payment method so I could make an online payment, I had to give up.  Nothing I tried worked with any browser from any of my computers.     I decided to complete an online form to give them some feedback about the site, there was a drop-list for selecting my  operating system.  The ch

It is pretty disappointing that there is LITERALLY ZERO support from Adobe on Medium. Great program, too bad they ruined it by buying it. At least Oculus had a forum. This makes me want to cancel my photoshop subscription and switch to gimp, find an alternative to Medium too.
