Do Adobe product-oriented User Groups in various localities around the world still exist? On a whim, I decided to look them up, only for the Adobe site to show the worldwide directory of User Groups for no more than a split second before diverting my web browser to the Adobe home page. Does this mean Adobe has shut them down?Just wondering.

Hi, I'm looking to try then buy an animation Text programme. There are soooo many on the market. However, they appear to focus mainly on the animation side of things. What I'm trying to create is a training presentation where the text flows. (As though being written) But also goes bold, italic, enlarge or even highlight certain words or phrases, in sync with the spoken word. A character may need to appear (As though explaining) Would Animate be able to complete such a task? Or is Animate waaaay beyond that? (Which I fear)Regards Mark

Since this is an international forum I'm wondering about the world wide penetration of 4K Super HD delivery in various regions.  Down here in Aus, the only source is some Netflix programming--and even there only for those like me lucky enough to have high speed fibre internet.  However, I notice when I watch coverage of GP Formula 1 racing, that Sky in the UK (we see their feed) is pushing it hard.  If you don't have access now, do you have an info on future plans from the programme distributors in your area?More abstract, what are your thoughts on 360 degree VR?  I know a few fairly experimental films are trying this out but (speaking personally) think this must be a limited market--how many films could you really watch in the "first person"?

Hi everyone!  I'm a little new around here so I'll go ahead and introduce myself: I'm Kathleen (Kirker) Martin and I am working as the Support Product Manager for Mobile. Along with offering support for our mobile users, I am also a dedicated artist with a background in illustration. Recently, I have been live-streaming my creative process on Twitch.tv and I LOVE it.  Twitch is a huge online video broadcasting site. It is used primarily for streaming video games but has recently gotten a lot of attention for its Creative section (heard of the Twitch Bob Ross marathon?). Adobe even has its own channel where artists from all over the world (even a few of our own Adobe Evangelists!) stream their creative processes using a multitude of platforms. Here's the link to the Adobe Channel --> Adobe Twitch ChannelAre you interested in broadcasting your work on the Adobe Channel? Please note that there is an application process to become a broadcaster on the Adobe Channel. Not only do

oops see, wrote my text in the heading, lol.Hi all.

Yesterday was the Gay Pride March in NYC and the number of signs and banners in support of the victims of the Pulse massacre was staggering. The other day we went to a NY Liberty basketball game where all the WNBA players were wearing shirts in support of Central Florida. The massacre of 49 young people who were simply out dancing is hardly a thing to take sides over. But as soon as you add comments about terrorism, gun control, gun rights, etc. you've suddenly got a debate that has caused schisms in the US.So how do you feel about a company flexing its corporate muscles to make statements about what seems benign but could be considered part of a left- or right-wing agenda.Let's not use this topic as an excuse to take sides and blast each other. But let's look at the bigger picture. How do you feel about using Adobe products if Adobe has come out on positions that cleave people into two or more sections.

Hi guys. Finally upgrading to Sierra (and this time, it'll work with my GPU, darn it!). I have an old version of FontAgent Pro that wasn't supposed to work with my Yosemite, but did okay - but I know I'm going  to have to either buy their newest version or finally, switch out. So many of these apps seem to nickel and dime us - making us pay for auto activation when new Adobe versions come out, or making us have to log in online each time we want to use the app...So - what're you guys using on Sierra? Anything? Why do you like it? I do need something, I have a ton of fonts...Thanks beforehand for your suggestions.

A question came up in another forum about renaming files. That sparked a discussion on file renaming utilities. I thought I'd move that discussion here. What is your favorite utility for renaming files, on which operating system, and why is it your favorite? Let's help each other find our next best tools.

I have just ordered Photoshop Elements 15 from my home in the UK.It is NOT FUNNY to have to enter all ordering details twice when, right at the end of the process, one has to state that one's address is in outer space, i.e., the UK.I am NOT amused.I presume that this irritating feature of the "order form" affects all customers outside the US and not just me.Regards,John Hopkins.

Hi there,Does anyone know if there's another company that does ACA certification other than Certiport/Pearson? I've been using them for a year and have had a lot of tech issues, often resulting in students not being able to take exams on exam dates and having to spend hours on the phone with tech support. Thanks![Moved out of the Forum comments forum (which is for issues with these forums themselves) - moderator]
