Bonjour à tou•te•s !Impossible de faire apparaitre la famille de police activée "Source Han Sans Japanese" sur Illustrator ! Elle est bien active sur InDesign, mais bizarrement pas sur Ai ! J'ai réinitialisé, j'ai quitté, réouvert les fichiers, réouvert Ai, fermé et réactivé la suite CC, j'ai tout fait et rien n'y change !Ça fait des heures que je cherche une solution, et là, je craaaaaaaque !Pouvez-vous m'aider please ???Merci d'avance !sOfee 

Hello! Our small company uses a font called Oswald in most of our documents. Oswald looks great in InDesign, but when I export to a pdf and then print the pdf, the characters become distorted and unreadable.  I have tried outlining all of the Oswald text, and that solves the distortion problem, but it makes the text unable to be edited.  We've also tried installing new printer drivers in our printers. That did not help.  Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Is there a setting in the export .pdf dialog box?  Thank you!!Debbie K. Columbia, MO  

I'm trying to figure out what these fonts are. I've had them, but lost it in a computer crash a few years ago. I've tried all the font identifiers out there and they haven't come up with anything remotely close.  Thanks!

I try to activate the Giza font family (16 fonts). On my laptop I see 7 fonts activated, on my desktop I see only 5 fonts activated.  On a third computer with a different account I also only get 5 synced fonts out of 16.The other font just won't sync.  It seems to be an issue with this font, as other fonts do sync before and after this. All Windows 10 machines (2019 september updates) with full CC license. I've seen some fonts before which would not completely sync for no apparent reason, for instance Stenciletta. I believe it was a server side issue that has been fixed later on. Anybody also experiences this issue with Giza font family? In general I feel Typekit is still not a very stable platform, as (temporary and permanent) sync problems occur quite often.

Hola, porqué cada vez que inicio Ai o Ps las fuentes que tengo activadas de tylekit aparecen como desactivadas? Lo que hago es cerrar Ai o Ps abrir CC y esperar a que se ativen (ojo que ya tengo activadas las fonts y tengo las licenias de adobe).

my pdf file  from Air canada says missing font verdana , i have looked on my system and it says its present. i can not print pdf file . any suggestions ???? it comes out little squares ??thank you

Adobe fonts don't appear correctly in new Word 2016 for Mac (and there are problems with Word 2011, too).  For example, I have Adobe Garamond Regular, Bold, Italic, and BoldItalic installed (I had uninstalled Semibold and SemiboldItalic because I wanted the "Bold" to appear as Bold and not Semibold when selecting "Bold" in Word). But in Word 2016, when selecting Adobe Garamond, there's no true bold or true bold italic when I select "Bold" and/or "Italic" (nor is Adobe Garamond Bold listed as a separate, standalone font in the menu)-- only regular and italic.  Same thing with Adobe Caslon Pro.  I've had similar issues with Word 2011 for Mac -- oftentimes the true Bold and BoldItalic for Adobe Garamond won't work.  But I can fix the issue by trashing the Office 2011 font cache and then restarting Word.  I can't seem to identify any such workaround for Word 2016.  (I realize this sounds like an Office or Mac issue, but it only happens with Adobe fonts.)Intere

I'm not sure if this is a question or a bug. I noticed that when loading the font "Futura PT" in as a webfont from typekit, the kerning was completely off in places, most noticeably with the letter pair 'AY' when capitalised. When changing this from the web version ("futura-pt") to the version I've locally synced through Creative Cloud and thus being loaded from my local system ("futura pt"), the problem went away.I wrote a tiny little HTML test page to show the discrepancy. The blue text is being loaded from my local cache, the red text is being loaded from the webfont. You can see this being particularly bad with "OX" and "AY". I tried the same thing with another font (Abril Text) and they also didn't line up, but this time it was a line-height issue rather than a kerning one.What could be the cause of this? Is it an issue from Adobe's end or could I be somehow not loading the Opentype version properly? I'm using the bog-standard method of loading typekit and not doing anything speci

So I downloaded the Chartwell font, specifically the Bars style. I understand how to use it etc everything is working normally, but what I have issue with is that my chart is only 1-10 so since it goes to 1000 it's basically indistinguishable what the difference is. I need the difference between 5-6 to be like .5 a inch etc. I tried increasing the font size and then stretching it and manipulating it. Then I tried to just type a 00 after every number which was OK, but I want to pull in the info from a data merge. Also I did not like the original style of the chart so I did that think where the chart affects the size of the text box that it is placed in and then making the actual type fill none and the text box the color I want, but I think that is just to many conditions for it to work. So can I some how change how much space each number 1-10 takes up?Thanks

Does anyone else have problems with Adobe Type Manager's toggle button that turns fonts on and off on the website? I'm trying to turn some fonts on, but it's difficult to get the toggle to slide over, and then half the time it slides back the other way on its own, and the fonts keep getting installed and then immediately deactivated, and then I have to struggle with the toggle again.I haven't tried a bunch of other web browsers; it's taking up so much time as it is.Any tips?thanks!Message was edited by: Christine Uren to improve clarity

Dear Community:I use MS Windows 10 (1903) 64-bit (German localized version) with several Type 1 fonts installed. While I had no problems installing these fonts, and they work well with most of my applications, there seems to be an issue with MS Office 2019:In Word and PowerPoint, Type 1 fonts appear in the font selection dialog, and the preview in the dialog looks perfectly all right. However, when I use a Type 1 font on my text, the display on the screen is corrupted (the Type 1 fonts are replaced by some other font but the character width does not match). Print-outs of the same documents are o.k.In Excel and Visio, Type 1 fonts are missing in the font selection dialog. However, when I open a document to which these fonts have already been assigned (on another machine with Windows 7 / Office 2010), they display and print all right.Publisher and Access appear to have no issues with Type 1 fonts (everything works as expected).Any ideas about how I can get my Type 1 fonts working again i

I do design work and share my Adobe CC suite between my work and home computers. My work is a PC. I recently had to get a new iMac for home. I suddenly began noticing the TT fonts I have been using on my work computer don't exist on my iMac, not even in TypeKit. I thought they should be the same. How do I rectify this?

I recents discovered some of my fonts disappeared. The last time I checked the fonts was when you could purchase the entire library from Adobe (circa early 2000). I need Trajan.  I found it, but it appears under "add to web project." I'm not interested in this option. I want the font installed on my computer so I can use it on any program. May I use the Adobe Typekit Fonts/Adobe Fonts, etc to design a book cover for a book that will be published?

I would like to use the Futura PT family online, but i can't figure out how to have the minus sign vertically alligned to the center.On Photoshop I can have the minus sign in the exact middle by using the "all cap" option (see the second percentace in the image below).Does anyone know how to manage this problem online?The rule "text-transform: uppercase" on CSS3 doesn't work.

I purchased Font Folio Education Essentials with my school account not realizing that my school email account does not accept outside emails. Due to this I never received any emails with download links or the serial number to the product. I spoke with customer service this morning and explained the problem. They agreed to send me my serial number to my personal email account, which is great, but I have still not been able to download the product. I have contacted customer support via chat and keep getting sent to the FAQ page. I now have my serial number, but the problem is that I never received a file to download onto my computer and cannot find one anywhere on the Adobe.com website. This isn't an app so I cannot find anything in my school cloud or personal cloud. The last time I spoke to a customer support agent they directed me to this page. Any help with downloading and installing my purchase would be greatly appreciated.

I am searching for the Adobe Creative Cloud preference to disable TypeKit via command line? I haven't had too much luck locating this on macOS 10.12 and 10.14.

I recently accquired a copy of Adobe Font Folio 8 as part of a lot of old computer software (I collect the stuff, we all have to have hobbies, don't judge) and while the included PFM files work great for using the fonts with classic versions of Windows, I'd like the AFM files to use them on OS/2 and various DOS based programs. Those used to be available on the Adobe FTP site, but there seems to have been a wholesale removal of legacy product support recently? Can anybody help?

I am going through our font library and removing type 1 versions to promote people using the more stable opentype versions. I have come across European PI, and the characters are missing on the opentype version. In adobe Illustrator I cannot get that app to allow me to use the font as it goes to myriad overtime I choose.Anyone out there  have these fonts and can you let me know how they are working for you.Some glyphs are int the font, but cannot find what keystone to access this. ON PC I remember you can use the numeric keypad to enter U numb res but not sure on how to do on Mac which I am on.

How can project partners get acces to Adobe fonts?For a project I use the font Alfarn. Partners in the same project have to use the same font. But not all the partners have a CreativeCloud-membership. Do they have to buy the font? And if yes, where can they by the font Alfarn?Regards, Theo
