Change community.adobe.com member name

Question

I need to change the “member name” found at https://community.adobe.com/members/master-fantasy0375-3452798

Adobe automatically generated this name, and I find it inappropriate.

I can change the “Adobe screen name” at https://account.adobe.com/profile but that seems to be different from or otherwise not affect the community member/profile name, which does not seem to have an option to be changed at https://community.adobe.com/settings/profile

Thanks for any help or ideas on whether it can be changed.

It appears the solution was simply time. It took approximately 1-2 hours for the profile at community.adobe.com to sync with the name change I made at account.adobe.com.

The profile linked in my original post now redirects correctly:

https://community.adobe.com/members/mister-imagination0375-3452798

For anyone who encounters the same issue, changing the Adobe screen name at account.adobe.com does appear to update the Community profile name as well, but there may be a delay before the change is reflected on community.adobe.com.

The second post you linked sounds very similar to my issue, although in that case the user's Community name reportedly had not updated even after six days.
