Does anyone know what the philosophy is for the above forum at http://feedback.photoshop.com/

This is nothing like any of the other forums as it is non-product specific.

Who answers these questions?

Is Adobe employees involved in the answers?

This is not the Feedback forum of last year for certain.

Curt Y, many Adobe Employees from most Photoshop programs (Ps, PSE, PRE, Carousel, Lightroom, ACR, DNG) visit that place, you can see it there: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/people

Some users help in moderating (bottom of the page, called "champs" (we do not get champagne ) as well as other regular users.

Its plan is to gather feedback, issues, ideas, rants or praises to assess the public needs, thanks to posts and a voting system...

Your knowledge would be really appreciated there as well !

So is it intended to replace this one? It looks like a second parallell forum to me (arbitrary sample):

Yes, there is some overlap, the advantages are that one can log in from Facebook or other platforms, and the voting system...

The Creative Clouds apps are not there, but here: http://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud_touch_apps and you would notice that there is also in jive, a way to submit ideas... It's a bit Schizophrenic at times. But there is also a facebook page for Photoshop, people interact on twitter... sign of the times, I guess...
