How do I only receive my threads and not posts other threads?

I appreciate help here, but I do not want to follow ALL Photoshop threads in the forum. How do I stop getting threads I do not follow?

Click Notifications
Change the email settings to what you want

Click on your profile picture > My Follows.

There you can see a list of threads but you can also see if you are following specific communities as well (at the top, before the threads). You have the option to unfollow either.
