I am requested to sign in, every time i enter the adobe support community. Why is that?

I wanted to congratulate the team for the continuous incremental updates, even if everyone's pet peeves can't be fixed first 😉 The road is still long, there are still problems, sometimes new ones...   We are demanding because we care!   But I remember the switch to Jive, the interface refresh, and even changes previous to that... Change is always difficult.   But please keep continue to listen to us. Do use the forum a bit, trying to understand our struggles.   Courage!

I started to see it before and after today's update. Is it a specification? It is also difficult to understand that it is not tied to the original post. Hi, everyone! I've been using the forums for a long time, and I've always received email to let me know when there's a new question. That stopped working in mid-October. I've verified that messages aren't reaching my mail server. I've disabled and reenabled mail delivery without any change. Is this a known issue? Thanks in advance!   Dave Watts, Eidolon LLC

I'm on a Conversations page, and click on a thread. Then I go back to the Conversations page, and decide I want to read the thread again. But it's not possible to go back (actually forward) by clicking the forward arrow, pressing Alt + right arrow, etc. The only way to get back to the thread is to click the link on the Conversations page.

So we can see only 10 items in selected Topics.

On the After Effects forums (and others) it's not uncommon for people to post code snippets of scripts and expressions, yet even if they designate it correctly as JavaScript/ ECMAScript, the syntax highlighting never seems to work. I can see that it's correctly tagged in the source code and occasionally there are random flickers of the code in all its colorful glory, but most of the time it just sits there in plain black with no highlighting at all, making it extremely hard to follow anything that has more than ten lines of code or uses lots of nested statements. Any explanations as to why this is essentially completely not working at all and thus useless?   Mylenium

Hi, Could you please consider tweaking the layout of the post page? Because the entire page has a white background, including all posts and almost all replies, it becomes very difficult the distinguish different posts. Also the serif font makes it very hard to read the content of the page. Please make this page more readable for people with a visual disability and/or people with autism or other types of disorders/special abilities. Some people need clear boundaries and visual separation of different parts of content. Now, it looks like just one big bowl of word soup ... 🙂 Attached to this post a small example of a before and after...  Thanx PsFor other people who also would like to tweak these pages, just use the "Stylebot" Chrome plugin

Every notification email from the new forum includes a huge image area that my Outlook blocks 'To help protect my privacy' The same content is repeated below this useless image but is offscreen which means I have to either unblock the image, or scroll down the page. All of this wastes time and makes me dislike the new forum even more.

Hi    I face problem with facbook login through adobe campagin while making a connection between two. Everytime when I try to connect getting the same error in facebook dialog.   what can I do?    

In the pre-jive forum, we could see a long list of discussions in one page, the page headers seems smaller. I think that Jive reduced it, and now, only ten discussions are listed per page, and we can only see three of them on screen. (the list of posts starts almost at one quarter of the screen)   I understand that the average person's attention span might be lower than before, but still, I think that many a user would appreciate to get an alternate condensed view where one could see 25 or even 50 threads titles, with an answered checkbox, the last poster name and time, number of answers, etc, similar to the get satisfaction management view : https://education.getsatisfaction.com/reference-guide/manage-workspace/   Getting bold threads for the unvisited ones would be a plus.   Thank you in advance!

When searching for something, related to adobe, all Google links point to https://community.adobe.com/ It's impossible to find the threads... For example, Google shows the https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1394891 link, this points to https://community.adobe.comIf the adobe forums has been changed, the old links should point to the new links, it's a simple web development / SEO fact.

I need to find a recent post of mine--about two months ago. I click on my profile and I see I have 193 posts, starting more than a decade ago. I then click on the post link and all I get are two posts--from 2008! How can I see the most recent post? I need to thank those who replied and let them know the results of their suggestions.Tom

Hi, ich habe derzeitig ein laufendes FotoAbo mit einem Gutscheincode laufen - bis Aug '20. Habe bereits jetzt ein neuen Gutscheincode wieder 1Jahr erhalten. Ich hatte bereits schon mal einen solchen Fall und hatte sicherheitshalber mich an AdobeSupport gewendet. Hier war die Aussage, das das laufende Abo verfallen würde und somit nur noch ein Jahr  ab Einlösung des neuen Codes laufen würde. Also habe ich mit der Einlösung des neuen Codes bis zum Ablauf gewartet. Im Netz lese ich hin und wieder von anderen Nutzern, dass sich der Gutscheincode an das bisherige Enddatum anhängt und somit nicht zu einem Verfall führt. Welcher Fall würde also eintreten, wenn ich heute den neuen Code einlösen würde?a) Ablauf des FotoAbos Aug '21b) Abaluf des FotoAbos Nov '20 

Hello. I have posted a couple of questions in the Adobe Support Community and are answered, thus, rectified my problems– thank you! But... I have the hardest time to get back to my original posts to view all the replies and to reply. Isn't there, under my log-in name, some visible option to see all my posts? And...I have success getting to private messages from email alerts, but I find no way to get to the original post page from there. And by the way, how did my UTube nick-name, RGBnites, end up in the Adobe community?

Last night I got a bunch of notification emails for posts. The emails are dated 27/11. In the worst case, the post was dated 19/11. In my notification settings, for the emails I actually have turned on, the setting is for immediate delivery. So there's something wrong with the email notifications being sent in a timely manner.

In the Photoshop forum, there are related communities for LR Classic, Dimensions, Fresco and Lr    I think that it would make more sense to remove the two last ones and replace them with Camera Raw and Bridge, the other desktop applications more "linked" to Photoshop...   EDIT: adding Color Management might make sense, so I think the most relevant links should be Lr Classic, ACR, Bridge, Color Management
