Where to report faults with the Feature Request / Bug report form

The Feature Request / Bug report form at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=wishform does not actually provide a form for several of the products (including the two products I use (Premiere & Photoshop Elements).

But I can't find anywhere to report this problem - both the technical and customer support links direct to a 'choose type of problem' screen none of which would seem to cover the fault with that form.

Any suggestions ?

Example of the problem:

Adobe Premiere Elements - Nothing:

Adobe Encore - The proper form:

I believe those products, at least Photoshop Elements) are covered at http://feedback.photoshop.com

http://feedback.photoshop.com/ looks to be an overlap of functionality with the PS-CS and PSE forums here. No obvious sign that reported problems feed into anywhere central. Premiere Elements doesn't look to be a part of it. I'll try the suggested email address.

Premiere Elements is one of the programs supported on the site: http://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/products

I have NO idea if this will work... but it has been the "contact of last resort" for other issues
