Very clean, very nice.
Nice options for paragraph & text... attaching files, list goes on.
Hopefully and especially new users will behave and do not screw up the clean look with bunch of useless smilies, signatures and useles stuff.

My Fear: If possible, please Adobe keep people away from using signatures of ANY kind, it would just mess up the enire clean structure of a thread.
I'm really not interested in nonsense pictures or funny text footers - move this completely to the profiles where people can mess up in their own flat -_-

Thanks a bunch for your hard work. can't wait...

oh, oh. calm down, ok. the option to add graphics, link to videos is there, so why complaining about the terms? if adobe does not allow this or if it will get harder to monitor the forum about illegal content, then it will be Adobes decision to leave it in or not.

sorry, but i don't get you gripe about that.

but anyway, i'm reading a few threads about the new forums, and i see people just complaining about the new forum and other gripes. Hopefully this will not be a complete step backwards, i fear...

    Anything is subject to abuse.

I might use a small Avatar or I may not.

If they use the ability to boldface, underline or italicize a word, phrase, or entire sentence; GREAT!! Its better than this arcane system we have having to use < b > < / b > and such. For standard email to bold face you use *. On other forums that use code based bold face use [].

I'm not apt to use colors. But there may a be a case for it.

I notice there are several here that use red print all the time for emphasis on a given sentence. So you can't say color is not used already.

Have you read Clause 8 of Adobe's Terms of Service?

I suggest that you read it BEFORE you post any images on these Forums.

The Forum Development team have really screwed-up: The New Forum is frankly unusable except for playing mindless games (such as collecting Points and posting amusingly-silly Avatars and messages in childish multi-colored type).

But the Forums as a Service to help Users of Adobe Software?

I can't imagine that too many of the highly experienced Professionals, who normally give so freely of their time and expertise to answer questions in the Forums are going to be interested in wasting their time wading through that glacially slow junk-filled muck in the "New Forums".

that'll be a serious problem to all those who don't and the forums can be closed all down.

yeah maybe! getting rid of those who never read manuals.
