Getting loads of my photos removed all of a sudden. Some years old, with little assistance in the rejection as to why. Seems really frustrating the process, for something that gives pittance anyways. insert loads of poor quality photos on Stock,l. I have read the terms and still confused as to why some of these photos are all of a sudden ombeing pulled. is the internal audit just an algorithm?
Hello, I want to ask, I want to upload my stock video in mp4 format, but when I check the assets or stock videos of other contributors, they are all in MOV format, My videos are made using AI so the default format is mp4, do I have to convert my video first to MOV format??
I am following with interest the discussions about rejects due to ‘similarity with previously submitted images’. In my opinion, there is only one plausible reason for this. Since the phenomenon has been observed, it has been possible for customers to ‘generate variants’ for every stock photo. That is the solution to the puzzle. Adobe only needs one photo, the customer can generate the series or variants himself via AI. So it's not a bug but a feature that only individual photos are accepted from our photos. More is no longer necessary. However, an AI can never create variants like the photographer can. But that no longer seems to matter. I switched to AI a long time ago and have always created around 3 - 5 variants. But I was somehow lying to myself, because my portfolio of 3000 images actually only corresponds to 1000 unique images and I am somehow grateful to Adobe for sharpening my mind in this respect. Just my opinion.
HI, I have been uploading photos to Adobeo stock for a long time and have never received a positive or negative rating for uploading to the portfolio or being rejected. I upload photos every week and the recent ones are immediately submitted for judging. but I always have those waiting. what can I do?thanks to everyone who can help me. Lately, more rejection than approval. I'm working so hard on these! Please help me to understand what I'm doing wrong. Thank you!
I've had several photos rejected for "Quality Issues", this one here as an example. I did very little or no cropping and the files sizes were sufficiently large. I did go through a process for all to adjust for white balance, white point, black point, exposure, highlights, shadows, contrast, clarity, vibrance, and sharpening. Am I over-editing causing these "Quality Issues"? How much is too much, or is there such a thing??
Hello. Adobe reejected a photo from my library and I do not konow why!!!??? There is such an universal reason/answer but nothing specific. So I do not know if I can submit other photos or not. Who advice me?
I have same problem, I submitted 2 vector file, but these rejected after 2 days, because of Quality Issues. What is the solution? (moderator detached this from an unrelated thread)
A few days ago, I’ve submitted several images to Adobe Stock, and they were rejected due to lack of quality. Can you tell me what is wrong with my images and how can I fix them to achieve a perfect quality? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Could you please provide detailed information regarding: The use of recognizable branded elements (e.g., logos, trademarks, product designs) in both photographs and illustrations. The rules surrounding derivative works, especially when referencing public domain or AI-generated content. The necessary permissions or releases required when submitting content that might feature intellectual property indirectly (e.g., architecture, vehicles, packaging). Specific considerations for AI-generated content and how IP rules apply in that context. Any clarification or resources you could share would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to maintain the highest standard of compliance and contribute responsibly to the platform. [Moderator cured the topics. Please do select only relevant topics.]
Hi, I don't know what's wrong with this photo. It wasn't approved due to quality.
Hello Adobe team,I accidentally submitted an AI-generated illustration as a "Photo" instead of the correct asset type "Illustration".File ID: 1408324745Title: Strawberries with creamThere is no delete button available for this file on my contributor dashboard. I kindly ask you to help me remove this file so I can reupload it under the correct category.Thank you very much for your assistance.Best regards,Amar Aoudia
I've been doing this for about two years now, but the number of rejections has increased dramatically in the last two weeks.Has Adobe become more strict? If anyone can help me with this, I'd appreciate it. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I found that my portfolio has fewer photos. There was no notification of deletion. How do I know what exactly was deleted?
Hola, hace tiempo que subo fotografias hechas con IA y todo bien. Pero desde hace una semanas todas las que subo las rechazan por problemas de calidad. A alguien le esta pasando lo mismo?? Un saludo
Subject: Mass Rejections Due to "Similars" — Request for Clarification and Assistance Message: Dear Adobe Stock Employees, This is the first time I have addressed you and I sincerely hope for your understanding and support. In the last 7 days, almost 100 of my images have been rejected with a "Similar" label. This situation causes me great concern, as I put a lot of effort into carefully uploading my content: I chose only one image for each concept, avoided duplicates, and made changes to the composition, colors, angles, and ideas so that each file was unique.I deeply respect Adobe Stock standards and strive to meet them by creating high-quality and diverse content. Therefore, I would be very grateful if you could help me understand exactly which aspects of my work are considered too similar. I may be missing something, and I would sincerely appreciate any advice or examples that would help me avoid these problems in the future. It is very important for me to continue working with your
Whilst I have no problem with Adobe not wanting my image for whatever reason I am offended by being told I have ‘Violated their policy’ I submit images and often get them refused for whatever reason that I respect Adobe's decision. This image was posted a year ago and had been accepted by Adobe at that time. . There are also hundreds of others on the Adobe stock image site of exactly the same scene. This has somewhat annoyed me. I also regularly get images refused for quality issues which I am happy to accept but in reality there are no quality issues as they are happily taken by several other stock sites. Sometimes I resubmit the same file and it gets accepted. Seems a strange vetting process. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Please, could you tell me, what is "incompatibility with conditions" on picture of street or town? What a nonsense? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello Adobe Stock Community,I recently received an audit notice regarding the removal of the following files from my portfolio, stating they are "Incompatible with Terms":File ID: 987813323 | Filename: DSC06243A.jpgFile ID: 987813869 | Filename: DSC06269.jpgThe notification mentioned an internal audit but didn’t provide specific reasons. I have reviewed the Content Submission Guidelines and believe the images adhere to the terms.I would appreciate if anyone from the team or community could help me understand:What exact policy do the images violate? Is there a way to appeal or revise and resubmit?Looking forward to some clarity so I can ensure my future uploads comply fully.
I just received an email from Adobe Stock to say an image I upload 6 months ago of a plant [Hollow stemmed asphodel or onion weed (Asphodelus fistulosus)] has been removed for violating Adobe Stock’s content submission guidelines. Why???? It's a photo of a plant. Can someone tell me why. Is there an email address to contact them. I tried the online chat with the virtual assistant but I just kept going around in circles. Not happy that I may now have a cross beside my name. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Have you received an email titled "Updates für Ihr Adobe Stock-Portfolio"? Here some clarity to the removal of assets from your portfolio during Adobes audit of your assets. The removed assets can be found under the tab "Uploaded Files / Not Accepted". Unfortunately, they are difficult to locate because, they appear to be ordered by the date the file was originally accepted. They show the reason "Audit removal: Incompatible with Terms". This can be a bit confusing because, the webpage for the Submission Guidelines is given as a reference. After reviewing some of my removed assets, I have determined that the true reason is "Quality Issues". Such as, loss of details in shadows and highlights, halos, artifacts, blurred flying birds and so forth. These assets should never have been approved. Take the oppurtunity, to correct the issues and resubmit your assets. If they have not been previously sold, correct the titles and keywords so that they might be discovered.
