Stock Contributors

Hello,My Adobe Stock contributor account was blocked on February 11, 2025, and today is March 3, 2025, but I still have not received any response from Adobe regarding my appeal.Previously, when I contacted support, I would receive a case number within seconds, but this time, I have not received any confirmation or reply. I have checked all folders, including spam/junk, but there is no response.I understand that some contributors have to wait for months, but I would like to know if there is any way to follow up on my case or if there is a specific timeframe I should wait.If any proof or additional information is needed, I am ready to provide it. HiI have some illustration done using drawing apps and exported to psd. Mainly digital handrawn artwork. So what should I do to be able to submit to adobe stock? I know that psd files are not accepted, so should I flatten all my layers and export to jpg? Or there are better ways? Thanks

Hey everyone, Just posting for anyone who might have submitted a Generative AI image to Adobe Stock, or are thinking about doing so. Does anyone realize Adobe has assigned Stock Contributors the task of having to have "the copyright" to a Generative AI image? (I don't blame you if you didn't; it's was buried multiple levels deep in the Terms & Conditions). Do we realize what this means? Can any one at Adobe help clarify? My account de-activeted for contributor legal rule violation about 3 months ago. But there is something interesting point. First, Adobe review team accept my content that causing de-activation. Then, 2 hours later they de-activated my account for that content. I confused about this situation, immediately contact with support team. They contact with me and they sent me a case survey about de-activation problem. I filled that survey and sent them back. They said "they will contact me later, don't spam tickets Otherwise solving the problem may be delayed."   Then i wait until Feb it is meaning i waited for 2 month. i didn't get any response about my case. I got impatient and sent a ticket to them. They say send me that same message at above. I said okay but they didn't contact me about my case in no way. 2 weeks ago i sent them another ticket about my case and unanswered ticket. But this didn't even catch their attention. Again I was left unanswered and received no response.   H

What happen with the approval time again went up to 8 weeks? Before 10th of Jan was taking just few days now back to the 2 month waiting list. I have pictures relating incoming celebrations etc and by the time pictures get approved it would be past date of event. Why dont they make the AI Spammers wait and keep most of the work on actual photographs. Sorry its just annoying that we have to wait 8 weeks we need to upload probably half a year ahead of some important event so our pictures to be actualy with the trends...

I am very confused and have no idea how to appeal successfully. So I wanted to create this topic to find someone who has successfully appealed in the past to guide me through the appeal process.
