Stock Contributors

Hi everyone, I recently requested a withdrawal of $100 from my Adobe Stock account around January 11, but my account was deactivated just now. I’m concerned whether this will affect my pending payment. Has anyone experienced something similar? Will Adobe still process payments for a deactivated account, or should I expect issues? Hello,may i know why this issue happen? When I clicked in to view it, I couldn't see the relevant pictures and reasons. Has anyone know what causes this? Thanks for your help. 

I uploaded some images, submitted them, and they were reviewed and approved. After that, they were visible on both my main profile and the Adobe Contributor Profile. However, a day later, I added one or two keywords and removed one or two as well. Since then, the issue is that these images are no longer visible on my main Adobe Stock profile but are still visible on my Adobe Contributor Profile. The rest of the images are showing perfectly fine. There's no problem. Only the ones where I changed a keyword or two, only one image is showing in the main profile, but they are visible in the contributor profile What could be the reason for this? Is it safe for my account, or should I delete the images? The keywords I added were basic words and do not violate any rules. Can someone guide me on this matter? Please advise. Thank you!

Hi! It’s my first time uploading PNG files to a stock website, and I’ve run into an issue: light-colored images are hard to see on the white background. I’ve noticed that some other authors upload PNG files with a semi-transparent black background. However, the upload guidelines state that there shouldn’t be any background. What’s the correct way to handle this situation? There’s no option to upload a JPG preview or select the display background for your PNG files. Can I add a 90% black background directly to the PNG image? Thank you!

Hello, I submitted video footages for Addobe Stock 4 MONTHS ago and all of my works since that still In review Category , I want to know why this is happening? before that period footages were approved. Hi Adobe Community,I'm an Adobe Stock contributor and recently qualified for the free one-year Creative Cloud subscription bonus program. However, I'm facing several issues:1. The website for redeeming the program didn’t open until I used Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 DNS service.2. After successfully redeeming and installing After Effects, I now encounter the error “Unable to reach Adobe servers” whenever I try to launch the application.I'm located in Pakistan, and I came across a clause in the bonus program terms stating that contributors in countries where apps are not officially available are excluded. Can you confirm if Pakistan is one of these excluded regions? If so, is there any workaround or alternative for contributors like me to use this program?Your guidance would be much appreciated!Thanks in advance

What's going on with Adobe Stock?Because it takes so long for them to accept images, I'm almost giving up on Adobe. It's sad.

I don't understand how these images infringe intellectual property rights. Images were rejected for the following reason: 'INTELECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL'

Hi, I would like to ask some questions that are not completely clear for me even after reading the terms of usage. 1) Can you get banned for low approval rate? If yes is there any warning beforehand given to the contributor or is there any fixed percentage number that automatically makes you banned if you rejecton rate goes above X%? 2) About submitting similar images - I know for a fact that this can get you banned but what I am not sure about is:-If for example I have three different pictures of a beekeeper in work, they are really different. Different poses, camera angles etc. and I upload them under EXACTLY the same title and keywords, could it be considered a spam? -In the submitting guidelines they recommend to not upload more than 3 variations of the same image, but I was wondering if for example someone is uploading for years and his upload goes in ten of thousands it is really easy to forget what is in your portfolio and in the end you can end up uploading

Hi, Two questions: 1) Is uploading AI generated pictures containing Bitcoin, Ethereum ot any cryptocurrencies logo prohibited? 2) About Vectors, I get the general idea of what Vector is but I still have some doubts. I uploaded a lot of stickers created in MidJourney and to create them I used prompt XXX sticker vector art, but I uploaded them as Illustrations.-Are these stickers even vectors or not? (I attach one as an example)-Is it ok to upload them as illustrations? I didn't get a choice to upload them as a Vectors anyway, only picture and illustration to choose from

Hello,Since the last days of last year "2024" I have noticed a big drop in my images sales numbers.I checked some topics here and found responses that it is normal, it is just a period without sales passing on your portfolio, in my case it took a little long,I guessed that the reason might be that a large number of buyers are taking a rest in the new year holiday or are buying the "new year images" to cover the new year event, especially since images with word 2025 are the most popular images on "Insights" section.  To summarize, my sales in this days are down, I want to know how are you guys doing, have you noticed a drop, too?I would also like to know if your best selling pictures are New Year's pictures.Regards!

Do you guys know why is taking forever to review archives? thursday there was no reviews, friday neither, and today, monday, 11 only were reviewed, is this normal?

My ai generated content is continuously rejected by Adobe due to quality issues. I upscale every image upto 5x to 6x and still face rejection everytime. My recent result was 99 not accepted, 0 accepted. If anyone help, it will be great act of kindness.

i have an issue with my contributor account at adobe stockRecently, several of my photos were approved by adobe team and should now be live on the Adobe Stock platform. However, I am unable to locate these photos either through the search function or on my public profile when i go to my protoflio it appears (couldn't find any all results for .
