Hi everyone,I'm still trying to understand why I can't get a single photo accepted onto Adobe Stock. Can someone tell me what is wrong with this photo that it was rejected for quality reasons? This wasn't created by a filter, all I did was slightly up the saturation to bring out the red. The dirt is actually that colour. The sky isn't blown out. What kind of insane quality guidelines exist on Adobe Stock? Thanks for your input.
I currently have 619 images on my Adobe Stock profile, out of which 380 images are under review. I want to ask for advice on how many images I should upload daily to make my content more visible to buyers and generate sales. My categories are:Abstract wallpapersGeometric designsSeamless patternsDesigns for Print-On-Demand (POD)Images with transparent backgrounds (currently under review). All my images are AI-generated and have been upscaled to 10x resolution to ensure high quality.

I have changed the description several times. Initially, I mentioned that the illustration was inspired by van Gogh, and now I have corrected it to say the illustration is inspired by famous impressionist art. However, there has been no result The description now is:beautiful abstract bright illustration of sun and moon inspired by famous impressionist art, day night conceptI don't mention Van Gogh in the keywords.

Since September, the sales graph of content AI has gone downhill, with sales down about 2.5 times. I have a lot of pictures on different topics. Is it like this for everyone who has a portfolio ii? Because the falling graph is not very encouraging
Is there a maximum number of photos accepted on my page and offered for sale?
Hello, I want to ask: how to delete unacceptable images, currently I have more than 300 unacceptable images, is there a problem if this number is too much? thank you.
Good evening! The minimum withdrawal amount is usually $25, and to avoid the 30% tax, the tax information form needs to be filled out. However, from September 17 to December 17, the minimum withdrawal amount is reduced to $1. Could you please clarify if the tax will be deducted during this period if the tax information form is not completed? [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Dear Adobe Stock Support Team, I hope you are well. I am a contributor to Adobe Stock, and I am encountering two significant issues that I would appreciate your assistance with: Pending Files Not Being Accepted or Rejected:I have uploaded 50 files to Adobe Stock, many of which have been pending for more than two months. These files have neither been accepted nor rejected, and their status is causing a backlog in my portfolio. This delay is becoming a significant issue for me as I am unable to move forward with my submissions. Unable to View My Uploaded Images:Over the last two to three days, I have noticed that I cannot view the images I have uploaded to Adobe Stock. While I can see the file titles and other details, the actual images do not display. Additionally, when I search for specific designs on Adobe Stock, they appear in the search results, but when I attempt to view them, the images are not visible. This is making it difficult for me to assess my work and troubleshoot any
Dear Adobe Stock Team, I uploaded several files to my Adobe Stock Contributor account approximately 3, 4, and 5 months ago, but they are still marked as "In Review." I would kindly request your assistance in reviewing these files. The uploaded files include topics such as vectors and images submitted around July, August, and September. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response. Thank you,Shahedur Rahim Sujon [personal information removed by moderator]
Hello, could you please explain of the rejection reason? What to change to be accepted?the blurred light on background makes this black background more interesting.
Hi AllI usually sell images for $0.33, $0.66 or $0.99, mainly marked "subscription" but occasionally "custom".Last week I had a sale for $26.40 marked "subscription".I'm not complaining, of course, but would be interested to know why.All the bestSteve
Can an image that is still being reviewed be deleted, because there is a title error, I want to re-upload it, is that possible?
I have a portfolio of 2500 pictures and sell at least every other day, often even one or more pictures every day. I also upload pictures regularly, so I am active. At least once a week. Now I haven't had a sale since 14 November. Can this be normal? I'm not blocked or anything. I was taken over by Fotolia, so I've been there from the start. GrüßeJürgen
Hello, could you please help me? I think it is not allowed to use my work (photos) in this way... This website presents my whole profile for sale as posters!https://rainbowzoom.pl/api/fototapeta--211962529-Romana%20Kontowiczova-0 And others sale the individual photos as poster or canvas:https://www.ukposters.co.uk/view-of-mount-teide-pico-del-teide-3715-m-the-highest-point-in-spain-an-ac-f816071917?srsltid=AfmBOop8-OLGpjLGNi1rj8BIPzOxFoog4W1LMwNMFkMYmLGapecBzd-ahttps://www.europosters.fi/mountain-scenery-as-seen-from-the-trail-around-eva-lake-in-the-mount-revelstoke-f802491396?srsltid=AfmBOop25UBUMhI9_84LyG9dMlq0oNMvsyq5UzSyru5TdVBq8vGhtK2t
I request a clear explanation for the rejection of these images and specific guidance on how I can improve them to ensure that my future uploads are accepted.
Hello! Since I’m new here, I would really appreciate some advice. I’ve had many photo rejections, and in most cases, I don’t understand the reasons. If anyone can help, I would be very grateful!
Hey everyone, my Adobe Stock Contributor account was deactivated two months ago and is still inactive. I have tried multiple times to contact customer care, but no one has responded. I also sent emails, but nothing has happened. Is it possible to reactivate my account? There seems to be no support for contributors. If I decide to close the account, will the remaining balance be paid out? [Moderator cured the topics. Please do select only relevant topics.]
I have a question directed more to the Adobe administration: I received an email with a video thumbnail signed "The rejection reason is: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLAIM"Underneath there is a button "More details" which redirects to a page which I do not have access to as the account is blocked... 1. How can I get information about which video was blocked? I have several thousand of them added over the years....2. How can I appeal? I have templates left from almost all of my works. What is necessary to present?3. Does this mean that someone has claimed the rights to my video or did Adobe's reviewers detect that something does not match? I asked a few questions via "Contact us" but after a few seconds a bot replied not answering my questions and only writing what I know, that the account is blocked... Has anyone been in a similar situation and managed to get their account back? Is this really a final decision and that's it?
hello everyone, I apologize in advance, this is my first post on the forum, so I'm not sure if I started the topic in the right place.I have a problem with unaccepted pictures, I would appreciate some further clarification so that I don't make the same mistake in the future, although I really don't understand what is wrong with these pictures. The images are sharp, good resolution, approximately 3500-4500 pixels, size 10-25mb. I honestly don't see the reason for the rejection. If you have any suggestions, I would be grateful.Big greetingsTom
Warum dauert bei Stock die Prüfung der hochgeladenen Dateien so lange? Das macht keinen Spaße wenn Fotos und Illus wochenlang im Prüfungspool dümpeln! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I have noticed that my uploaded files have been in the "In Review" status for over a week now. Previously, the review process used to be much faster, often completed within a day or two.Could you please let me know if there is a specific issue or delay with the review process? Is there anything I need to do from my end to expedite it?
