Hi guys!I have sales daily, like... always... But I just noticed that I have zero sales starting first day of November (quite a few sales on the 31st of October as always and then - nothing).Anyone experiencing anything similar? Or maybe any ideas what can cause it?This is like literally the first multi-day gap in sales for me for... like I dunno, a very long period of time.

Hello everyone! My photo was rejected due to quality issue. Wonder if it's because of the ground under-exposure in the bottom?I also noticed the ring of noise in the bottom part of the sky but that's a common issue when shooting such photos in a full moon or highly light-polluted area. I thought that shouldn't be an issue?Appreciate any suggestions from experts!

why haven't my AI images been reviewed even after more than 3 months? 

As a contributor it has been a real challenge to understand adobe websight. I'm looking for my Adobe ID. On my Dashboard to the Right of my Profile Image, I click the Dropdown arrow and it says "Manage my Adobe ID" I click it, but don't have clue of where or what to do to on the page the link directs me to. I see nothing about Adobe ID. I want to upload with SFTP and one of the requirements needed is my Adobe ID.So the question is where is my ID and how do I find it. The obvious link that said Manage My Adobe ID did not help. If you direct me to that page, please tell me where my ID is? Thanks

A week ago, I sent a payout request to my PayPal account. But unfortunately, yesterday my PayPal account was permanently disabled due to some issues, and it won't be recovered. While I opened my Adobe Stock dashboard, I saw that my payment was done. Now what should I do? How can I get back to my payment to my Adobe Stock? Please help me with this issue.

Hello everyone! I created an Ai image in Adobe Fireflay and it has a Watermark. When I upload it, it still has the Watermark. Would Adobe accept that?

It seems I’m experiencing a minor error with my contributor page, the one accessible to everyone. I currently have 24 pages, but it hasn't updated, and there should actually be 25. Additionally, my latest approved images are not appearing, even though they show up correctly in my portfolio. Instead of being displayed on the first page, they appear on page three.Could you explain what might be causing this issue and why? Also, where can I report this bug? For instance, when someone searches for 'dog,' only images that visually depict a dog would appear—no accidental images of cats or other animals. The search engine would accurately identify images that truly match the search term on a visual level. Currently, many keywords are intentionally misused by contributors to attract false clicks, which results in visuals that do not align with the user's actual search. This is a significant drawback that impacts user experience and trust.

Hello, dear contributors. Last year, I uploaded several portraits without a model release without realizing it, because I didn't understand the concept of artificial intelligence, which now seem to me as though they could resemble real people quite a bit. After uploading over 2,000 images this year that do not represent portraits, I’m concerned that my account could be at risk banned. What should I do in this case? Also, I have some illustrations that I mistakenly categorized as photos, though they are actually illustrations, but I can’t change them from photos to illustrations now. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Do you think my account could be banned for uploading images that might resemble real people? I have also uploaded the images below, which might concern me regarding my account. Thank you!

Adobe stock sales are not showing, can you help?

I have a photo that is refused becuase suspeted to be generated by AI but it was shooted by me in 2 month of work with telescope and thousand of image as standard workflow for astrophoto. How and Where I can demonstrate I have shooted the image and itìs not an AI production? 

I submitted a bunch of new images the other day and already received the email that they're all accepted. Somehow duplicates of those images are showing up in the New tab. Each image has two or three duplicates. What's going on?

Hello,I have a reasonable amount of content in review that is about to reach 4 months in the review queue. The confusing part is that some of my new submissions are reviewed much faster than my older ones. Actually, my older submissions seem to be stuck there, almost 4 months now.Is anyone else in this situation? I understand that there is a large volume of content being funneled to the marketplace, but I don’t understand why my new submissions get reviewed while my older ones seem to be stuck.Thanks
