It’s been three months since I uploaded my assets on Adobe, but they still haven’t reviewed my photos. I’ve reached out to the support team via email, but all I’m getting are the same copy-paste responses

Hello. I am a contributor on Adobe. I submitted my photos more than three months ago, and they still haven't been reviewed. The photos have been in the "In Review" folder for a very long time. Is it possible that my account has been blocked, which is why the review process isn't happening?

Hello, I created AI and gave Vecteezy image and video. Adobe Stock ‌ If I give same image and video, will my ID be van or there will be any problem if anyone has given it or I am facing any problem. I want to use the same cute same title in two market sites. Please let me know if anyone knows about this

I started uploading AI-based photos to Adobe Stock a few months ago. I'm trying to improve myself in stock photography. But in recent days, the number of rejections has increased dramatically with the reason cited as "Quality Issues."As a beginner contributor, I'm always striving to improve the quality of my work, and I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice from more experienced members of this community. Specifically, I'm looking to understand what might have led to the rejection and how I can address these issues in the future.I edit the images in Photoshop (eg. levels, contrast, curves, etc.) but I think I'm doing something wrong. Thanks in advance for your time and feedback!

In my Adobe Stock account Under the Uploaded file menu,  under  "Not Accepted" will those "not accepted" photo be deleted at one point or will they remain there there ? Thank youJC

In my Adobe Stock account, under the uploaded file "Not Accepted," it says "This photo is similar," but all my photos are not similar. Why was this one rejected? The FTP server Files were successfully uploaded, but the photos on the main page were not updated. What could be the main reason?

Sir can we use trademark terms (such as Christmas, Halloween or spooky although they are registered on trademarkia) on adobe stock image title and keywords whereas many of the contributors are using these terms consistently I have researched.I have fear of account suspension that's why I asked from you.kindly guide me.

Hello everyone,Do you guys ever experience the following? A few months ago, an illustration (which I generated with AI) of an American hero was approved.This illustration runs well and for that reason I designed several variations with the exact same illustration by adding round typography, among other things. It is now more like a sleek sticker/stamp.All these files have now been rejected!I personally find this rather random, one time yes, another time no.Do you have any experience with this?Ideally I would like to upload them again, I simply don't understand it. Kind regards, Martin

Hi,I opened my adobe portal and my adobe account was deactivated ,Its been more then 1 week i still havent received any email that whats my mistake I tried to contact adobe team too many times using the contact us form but I didn't get a response. I even don't know where I did wrong only thing I know is my brother and my content filenames first word(which is midjourney username) was same because we used to buy shared account of Midjourney instead of that if i did any violation  I  apologize and willingness to remove and make any necessary corrections to your portfolio .This adobe account is very important to me as i am an international student and it was my only source of earning .please help me in this regard. I shall be very thankful to you .

Hi, I am a contributor to the Adobe stock market. Can I upload Illustrator CC EPS file?

Hi everyone. I'm new here. If I work consistently 6 month how many dollars can I make? 

Recently, I submityed a few AI generated images (including images generated by using Adobe AI as well) which have the same quality of images I submitted and accepted before. All of them are rejected by the quality issues. Don't know why? Adobe never gave detailed explanation. It seems that even Adobe itself doesn't support its own AI generated images. very frustrated!!! In addition, it doesn't provide any ways to communicate with its reviewers to learn what Adobe really looks for about AI genearted image. Should I submit them under illustration instead of Photo to make difference?

Hey everyone, Just wanted to give a quick update on my latest batch of submissions to Adobe Stock. Out of 500 89 images reviewed , unfortunately, most were rejected due to quality issues. I've been using the Upscale app to enhance my images, scaling them 4x to meet the quality standards. However, this approach might not be cutting it for Adobe's requirements. I’m considering trying 5x or 6x upscaling, but the file size skyrockets to over 25MB per image. Given the slow internet in my area, this is a bit of a challenge. If anyone has suggestions for better upscaling tools or tips on how to maintain quality without inflating file sizes, I’d love to hear them! Thanks for the support as I navigate this process.

How do I delete or edit photos in review because I want to edit the data? Because others have been accepted very quickly, but not these.These images seem to be hanging there forever. Ugh! Thinking it's the metadata. See attached screenshot -Thank you!
