How do I delete the images that have been rejected and did not receive approval to be included in the Adobe Stock collection? I don't want the rejected images to appear anymore.

Hey, So I am starting to incorporate more models into my photography. I already have used myself and my husband. But I would like to have more/different models. Here are a few questions: 1) where can I find some relatively inexpensive models (other than just friends and family)? 2) have you guys ever done impromptu shoots with strangers/models? how to ask people (i.e. what do you tell them)? 3) what should I do about a release? should I just keep a couple printed releases on hand, just in case we have an impromptu shoot?

Hello, I was wondering if the images with german titles and keywords i upload to my account via the german adobe website, the titles and keywords are translated and the images distributed worldwide or only in Germany and perhaps Austria and Switzerland? Hello, I tried to submit this photo to Adobe Stock but it was rejected. Can someone tell me why (and what I could do better)? I am 14 years old.

Today, the sales volume of my friend and I's account is very high, several times higher than usual, is there any designer like this today? In such a situation, the account will basically be blocked. I have blocked the account twice because of the high sales volume of a certain day, and this time it is estimated that it will be blocked again. But what is strange this time is that the sales of several of my designer friends' stores are extremely high. I can't get into my contributor account via my email. He writes that the account has not been found. When I enter my phone number, I receive an email with my own account, which I cannot log in to. It's a vicious circle. The photos are being sold, and messages are being sent to my email account, but I can't take the money or delete my portfolio.   [Moderator deleted private information. I uploaded these items yesterday but all of them got rejected saying "Unfortunately, during our review we found that it's similar to another vector(s) you've already uploaded, so we can't accept it into our collection."But I have not submitted anything like this before. If these are checking these 3 why haven't they approved one of it? Also do you think I can submit one of these again? 

Hello, This was my first submission, and it was rejected for Quality Issues.I read over this page so my guesses for rejection are it might be oversaturated, or not enough resolution (6000 x 3376)? These are what I was looking at before submission, and I'd like to think my photo is at the very least on par with many of those. Should I fix the colours (or other problems) and resubmit this, or just try a different photo?Or are there other issues with it I'm missing? Thanks.

When I looked up the CSV download method on the web, a method exists, but I could not find it because it is different from the current UI.Is there currently a way to download CSV or alternative data for sales data?

Someone perfectly copied my logo I designed in 2020 and now selling it on Adobe stock. Is it ok?? I have it posted on my Dribbble author page and on Instagram page (I also posted a process how I created it). Post date is open for everyone. Please check the date of copies submission (hope Adobe Stock team can do this) and ban these images. can anyone explain why i didnt get any sale? i have 115 images and no any sale.. images accpeted last days ( only may be 1 week )

As people who earn small amounts, here's the problem. I have just started making money, a small amount of money has accumulated in my stock account. For example, if I wait until the money is 100 dollars, when I withdraw the money via Payoneer, I get a 30 dollar account maintenance fee. Most of my earnings will go towards this fee. Users in Turkey have expressed their problems with Payoneer in various forums. People who earn small amounts are victimized. Paypal left Turkey. There is only one payment method. Payoneer does not pay less than 50 dollars, if I earn 50 dollars and a 30 dollar account management fee is deducted, 20 dollars remain in the account and you cannot withdraw it. Over the past few weeks, I've submitted three support tickets to address various issues. Unfortunately, the response to my initial ticket did not address my specific question, and despite following up with a subsequent question, I have not received any further feedback. The problem remains unresolved.A second ticket was submitted later, but there has been no response to this inquiry as well. Additionally, a third ticket was raised for a different issue, yet the outcome has been the same – no updates or resolutions.I am seeking guidance on how to obtain updates for these outstanding tickets, all of which are now several weeks old. I appreciate any assistance you can provide in addressing these matters promptly.

Hi, I received an email from the Adobe team 12 days ago that my account was temporarily blocked. I did everything described in the mail to fix this problem, on the same day, I sent a response I would remove any images that violated the guidelines. However, my account is still blocked.  Does somebody know how long it will take?

I am experiencing a difficult issue where the thumbnail images generated by Adobe Stock for recently accepted videos have color differences compared to the colors during playback. When the thumbnail is clicked to play, the colors are noticeably shifted towards yellow, and the color shift is very obvious. This has never happened before, and I checked previously uploaded videos and they do not have this color shift issue.I hope the administrator sees this message and responds.Thank you!

I did a series of Pantone peach fuzz, are any of those words acceptable in the submission?

I downloaded Gigapixel AI 7 to give it a try, only to discover that it overwrote version 6. So I re-downloaded version 6 (since I didn't really want to upgrade, based on what I felt were minimal improvements), but the Photoshop plugin no longer worked. So I was basically forced to buy the upgrade to version 7 to keep my workflow up to speed.Topaz has very good support and I probably could have written them to figure how to get version 6 working properly again, but whose got time for that? In any case, it is simply wrong to overwrite a previous version and not give the user a chance to determine if the upgrade was worthwhile and revert to a previous version if not, like Adobe allows us to do.   That said, I at least hope this version doesn't crash Photoshop as often as version 6 did, so there's that. And they do have a setting meant to work specifically with AI images.  

Hello, I have 2 questions. 1- The images I uploaded to Adobe have not been reviewed for 11 weeks. (I sent an e-mail to the support team for their review and the answer they gave me was as follows; they said they will review the images within 8 weeks) My images have been waiting for 11 weeks.2- Throughout 2023, my sales did not fall below 20 dollars per day, but since the beginning of this year, I have barely seen 5 dollars per day. There are 6k images in my account. What do you think could be the reason for this low sales? Thanks.
