Stock Contributors

In the title as it states what size should i save the pictures as before uploading on adobe stock because its reallyconfusing me when it does not work so what image size should i set in Photoshop or illustrator

I am having problems understanding what why few of my images are rejected. the attached image is of a plane that had gone through the smoke from a range fire. Naturealy with the smoke that the plane is going through it causes the surrounding skies to look grainy. I cleaned up as much of the grain as I could and still was rejected. What do I do?

18 October 2023  My contributor account is blocked due to TOU. and still block I'm too many time trying to connect with adobe stock team about my contributor account but I didn't receive any mail from adobe stock team so Please is any one know I should I connect with them directly. In October I earned my highest earning ever in adobe stock journey almost 92 Dollars but Due TERM OF USE issue my contributor account is still blocked. Hi, please help.   I am trying to connect to the Adobe server using Filezilla but the connection fails and it generates the msg:"ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server", trying next address. FYI: I use a MAC, have managed to connect o other other servers. I have also uploaded files to Adobe using Filezilla before without issues.  Appreciatte your help    

Below I include an image that I have sent twice because of rejection. First, I think the rejection is due to Chromatic Aberration. It turns out that after I sent it the second time it was still rejected.does anyone know why?

I think it's a serious problem with my account. It's already been over two months since my image was last approved. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?

Can you determine from several images which image was not accepted and which was accepted? 🙂 

i've request payout on 12 November 2023 and i have Payment Done notification but until now (27 November 2023) i can see any payment from adobe stock. i need solutions about this problem from the fellow contributors here? thank you.

For some time now, about 40% of my works have been rejected, various false reasons are given, usually it is the quality of the photos, even though I have not changed the style of photo processing, and my equipment is of a very high standard, I have been taking photos for 20 years, I received AFIAP and QPSA titles for my achievements. and PPSA. I cannot agree with this level of moderation of photos, I cannot find an e-mail contact for my colleagues, if anyone has one, please help 

Можете ли вы сказать мне, что именно заставляет Adobe не принимать файлы? The files are large in pixel size, as well as removed noise and artifacts, on Shutterstock everything is accepted, here it is notDoes it think they are low exposure or something?

Hey,    can we pls unifiy the AI question upload promt?    It would be nice if the if the statement of conditions (the two squares that you need to accept)  would also include an upload and send button.    I find myself often just checking the statement and forgetting about the upload.    If unified it would serve the purpous and make it a little more upload friendly for us user.    cheers Peter    [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

My adobe stock contributor account is blocked,I did not receive the email, why my account is blocked without mentioning any reason. I request adobe team to kindly review my account it must be some misunderstanding from your side. Thanks & Regards

Cette image a été achetée auparavant avec une licence standard sur adobe stock par une entreprise qui l'a utilisée pour la création d'une enseigne de commerce physique pour un client à lui.Par conséquent cela vient entacher l'image de ma marque.La licence standard permet-elle ce genre d'utilisation ?Si non, que puis-je faire car l'entreprise prétend que adobe autorise ce genre d'utilisation avec cette licence.Merci !

Hi,  I received an email from Adobe Team 16 days ago, saying that my account was temporarily blocked because I had submitted Generative AI content that did not adhere to their guidelines. Your account was temporarily blocked after we noticed that you had submitted Generative AI content that is not within our guidelines.  The specific reason, which files are the problem, is not specified in email.I sent an email to apologize for my mistake and assuring them that I would remove any images that violated their guidelines. However, my account is still blocked and i did not get any answer. Do you know when can I expect to have a answer from abode team ? Thanks
