I'm a newbie and need a little help with the required image sizes.   If I set the resolution to 300P/I and width to 1067W and height to 1600H, is that sufficent?   Do I need a higher resolution? Thanx!

I am seeing file all kinds such as .ai, .eps and .svg are experiencing upload error at the moment, am I the only one? Cheers,Zi

Hello everyone Adobe rejected these illustrations due to quality issues (noise, focus, etc.). Could you please tell me about the problems in more detail? Thank you for your attention.

Hello Adobe Support,I wanted to inform you that I have 49 images awaiting review in my portfolio. Some of these images have been pending for over 2 months, while others range from 29 days to as short as 10 days. What is the reason for such long and extended review period? Is there anything I could do to expedite the review process?   [moderator cured topics. Please tick only the relevant ones]

Hi all. Can anyone tell me why these photos were rejected by Adobe as "quality issues"? Other stocks accepted them. 

File process review process literally changed overnight. Typically my files were reviewed and approved within a few days. Contact support and I'm told it will now take up to 2 months. For the record I've had sales. I can only surmise there have been issues and now Adobe is slowing acceptance due to the hassle and discouraging ai contributors. I have since gone elsewhere to do business. 

I cannot understand the reason of rejectionimage is in sharp focus/. not under or over exposed

hello 👋  Guys, When I came to my dashboard it says "validate issue" then I contacted with the adobe help team by sending email. So, they told me " your Account has appeared highly irregular sales activities, Account will remain blocked until further notice"  So, I didn't do anything with violating rules and terms. But a week ago I saw something. Which means sales are boosting. Time to time I came to my dashboard then sale has increased. I don't know what happened, guys, my works are original and I am uploading since two years of back. Please help me to get back my account.. please check my account I don't receive any rules violations emails before..  Is there any adobe employer please check my account and let me know the clarification. I am very upset 😢 and bad luck 😭 

I can't get albert einsten to sign model release, he already dead 68 years ago, that mean no one can submit albert einsten painting, or sketch. I try to submit as property release , but still not accept

I've been creating a large ammount of images and have over 6000 images acepted inot adobe stock. A large ammount seems to not be selling. I put my best effort into getting the proper tags so content is easy to find. I did not focus on any spefic niche and have done a lot of different topics and concepts. So my question is if it's better to focus on a couple of niches and delete images from my porfolio or should i leave them up and focus on niches going forward. 

I have uploaded 5 files and it has been in the review section for 8 days now. It still says 'files will be reviewed by the moderation team within the next few days.' but it's been 8 days. Is this common?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

No problem, if an image is not accepted, I could learn from it, but in this way I am not able to build a portfolio and can't sell anything. 143 images are being reviewed... I pay 38,09 €/mo. Please, do something to accelerate the technicsal review. Thanks!

Hey, my earliar vector arts were usually reviewed in 1-2 days. But now some of my vectors take 8 days but not reviewed yet. Is this only for me ? I think ai generted illustrators load not afect to vector review. Am I right ?

Hi everyone, I am interested in why this image was refused. I am still in the learning process. I started shooting in raw recently and with manual settings. Then I edited the image with LrCm. Also which LrC features are better to avoid for a better chance poof pictures to be accepted? Thanks in advance

Hello, I have this problem for this message: "Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us."and I can't do anything on the screen, except accessing Adobe ID settings. I sent a message to the "Contact us" link, but no answer. What I should do next ? What is wrong ? Hi, I just uploaded my first batch of photos to Adobe Stock and got an email saying "Unfortunately, this image doesn't meet our quality standards so we can’t accept it into our collection." for all of the images. Does anyone see anything specifically wrong with the images that I can fix and re-submit or should I just submit new images?

hi everyone. how can I upload ai images containing humans when I don't have any model release just like simple photos are required? is there any other option to upload ai art that contains models/humans?

Il est possible que des éléments protégés par la propriété intellectuelle apparaissent dans l’image, la description, le titre et/ou les mots-clés."Pour faire simple, je lui avais donné comme titre "Façade d'un restaurant en ruine à Saint-Point-Lac dans le Doubs".En fait ce n'est pas une enseigne, mais un panneau qui annonce la présence d'un resto à 100 m.On ne peut pas lire le nom effacé.Est-ce le clocher au 2nd plan qui est en cause ?Merci
