Dear Adobe Stock Team,I am writing to appeal the recent issue with one of our submitted images, image case (601338928, 595488547, 597166383, 605788284 and other related), which has been flagged for potential copyright infringement. We would like to clarify that the image in question was created by our team using the Canva editor, using a commercial licensed template. We would also like to bring to your attention that Image case (595494011, 597166474 and other related), which was submitted by us and created using the same Canva editor with all commercial licensed elements (Canva Media License Agreement attached), has been approved for sale on your platform. Additionally, we have reason to believe that the person who submitted the takedown report against Images also used the same Canva editor to create their own content. We understand that maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity is critical to the success of your platform, and we take these issues very seriously. We have
Hola a todospor primera vez cargó en adobe stock, 15 fotos, de las cuales 2 fueron rechazadas, pero las otras 13 siguen en revisión hace 10 días. Esto es normal o debo hacer algo al respecto?
Just curious. I prefer to upload images to Adobe Stock that are 300 dpi at 30" along the long side. But now and then, images that large begin to degrade, but look fine if they are at 300 dpi at 14" or 15" along the long side. Are those acceptable or would they be rejected? Today, we are announcing our policy regarding generative AI content, and I’d like to share that we have begun accepting illustrations made using generative AI into our collection. We believe that generative AI tools can help our contributor community continue to create amazing content, and we believe in transparent, clear labeling for customers when it comes to this content. We have prepared generative AI content submission guidelines and a page to answer common questions. We believe that our policy to accept AI generated content will enable contributors and customers to benefit from the value that AI generated content can bring. In our Discord channel for Adobe Stock contributors, we opened a new channel #ai-generated-talk as a forum for addressing further questions. As always, I will also monitor this thread daily and will do my best to answer any questions not covered in the FAQ. Submission guidelines: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-a
[Moderator branched & moved to new topic.] Nancy in regards to the vector..upload requirement ...if your file size is smaller than minimum size for upload...what what you recommend to reach required size?
Like others recently, I've noticed a significntly higher rejection ratio lately. I might disagree with some of the copyright infringement rejections (photos of a downtown cityscape with multiple buildings and no visible logos .... really?) but I suppose that is the view of the reviewer and there's no point arguing with them. But with my recent uploads they've rejected a bunch of photos because they deemed them too similar to other photos I've already uploaded, which is complete bunk. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on what to do?
Good day. I requested a payout on the 23rd of May to my Paypal Account. I see the payment status still says pending and after reading the help section i see i need a Payoneer account as i'm in South Africa. Please advise what i should do now?

I posted this 2 days ago in adobe stock and they rejected it. I clicked it on my canon EOS 100D.Can anyone tell me why it was rejected
I submitted a piece of AI-generated art a while back, and got my first communication regarding it today. I was informed that my submission is pending, subject to taking additional needed action. Specifically, I am told I must submit a model release. The art is of a woman's head. It is photorealistic and does look like an actual person, but the person is completely imaginary. When submitting it, I checked the box signifiying that it was AI-generated. I also completed and uploaded a property release in my name. Adobe's own guidelines state: "If the generative AI content was not based on a real person, but it visually appears to resemble a person, then you must submit a property release confirming that you have all property rights in the content." I don't know what else I can do. Obviously, I can't get a model release from an imaginary person. And Adobe does have my property release as well as my acknowledgement that it is AI-generated art.
Hello there, I am new to photography and would love some feedback on some photos that were not accepted. If you could tell me why and how to resolve the issues that would go a long way for me. Thank you and I appreciate your help.

My account name i simona flamigniThank you
I received a letter indicating that it is possible to unblock my account if I take care not to violate the rules in the future and delete the similar images. Did I understand correctly? Is there a chance to have my account unblocked? Additionally, I have a pending payment that I requested six days before my account was blocked. What do you think? Will I receive the payment? Thank you very much for your response.k you very much for your response.
It's been 4 weeks. still i haven't received a reply from contributor support. i am a adobe stock contributor. My account got blocked/terminated in the name of irregular sales boost activitites. Its true I downloaded assets from my friend account. I had no intention of increasing my sales by downloading my multiple assets of my account. he had subscription for past 1 year. he dowloaded what he needed from adobe stock. he had nothing more to download in adobe stock. and he had some assets balance left in his account. so inorder to get at least some money back, he downloaded assets from my account. I should have carefully read all your terms and conditions before. sorry It was my mistake. apologise..I didn;t did this mistake on purpose. I apologize and i will never do this mistake in future. New contributor here. I uploaded 2 images as an initial test of the process and got the message below. From what I can tell they are saying they dont need my images. Which... I guess means the subject is not needed? For reference it was foggy shot of banana trees in the jungle. Is it that the subject matter is not needed (by whom) or is it that I haven't done the right tags for it or non-complied in some legal sense? It's so vague and I find adobe support _impossible_ to get hold of or interact with. Thanks!!NON-COMPLIANT IMAGEThanks for giving us the chance to consider your image. Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs so we can't accept it into our collection. To learn more about the type of content we're looking for, please visit this pageYou might also find the Academy Board Forum to be a helpful resource. My image was rejected for not meeting quality standards. I'm not sure why. Help!
Hi everyone. I hope everyone is well. I'm facing a problem in that my photos or illustration takes a couple of months to be reviewed which is not good. why the Adobe team is taking so much time reviewing images?
Hello everyone! Can someone explain to me what high quality means for adobe stock? With all due respect, I understand that the photos must be of a superior quality, I do not deny the fact that there may be technical mistakes in my photos, but there are also many images generated with AI that have very big technical problems and have been accepted. I made some screen prints of some images that I found, and the reason why I did this is to highlight the fact that what is happening is not fair. I did nothing but write shopping in the search bar and choose filters only generated with AI. There are 100 pages and I found 15 technical mistakes, quite large in my opinion, only in the first 9 pages. I have also attached a picture taken by me that was rejected for quality issues. I am not here to criticize anyone or to complain that my pictures were not accepted, and I understand that adobe has very high standards. What I mean is that these high standards should be for everyone, not just for some
I have been submitting my images from the past fall folliage season. Over the past serveral years, I usually submitt 400-600 images a year, and in the past have usually had about 1% of these rejected for "Qaulity Issue". This year the rejection rate has been over 20%. I generally spend 20-30 minutes processing an image that I submit, so I have invested quite a bit of time and effort. I am frankly at a loss, on what would cause an image to tbe rejected. Often, another image, that I think is very similar, is accepted. I have added Topaz Denoise as a more consistant past of my workflow this year, than in past years, but I think that has added to the overall qulity of my submissions. When I look over a rejected iumage, I am simply at a loss to wonder what "quality" caused one image to be rejected while another is accepted. Has Adobe changed their criteria for reviewers? What might be causing a rejectio
