i have this problem when i launch installing of charachter animator

when i launch installing charachter animator this error show to me

i use windows 10 and is this for bug of windows 10?

my problem was win 10 that not updated when i update it my problem solved thanks

i have a question . can i trigger transform and other behaviors because i want to use trigger for scale behavior for walking for example when i press A the scale become 100 and if i press D the scale become -100.
