I'm having trouble installing Creative Cloud.

I downloaded the Creative Cloud direct executable from the adobe website and tried to install it. I keep getting the following error

"We've encountered the following issues: Adobe Genuine Software Validation Failure. The product you are trying to install is not an adobe genuine software and appears to be counterfeit (error code: 72)"

This is the log from ACC.log

I see an error with the PIM Validation.

Steps I tried to fix this:

I'm running the installer as an Admin.

I've tried to manually install the certificates the installer is using by right clicking it->Digital Signatures->Details

Nothing that I did seems to fix it.

Can someone help me out?

I downloaded it from the link at

    https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/error-downloading-the-creative-cloud-app-installer.html

on the  Download the Creative Cloud for desktop installer directly section of the page.

doesn't matter though. I managed to find another full installer on

    https://helpx.adobe.com/cy_en/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

This one finally installs. But now I'm having other issues. When opening Adobe Creative Cloud Apps tab I get a Download Error and can't donwload any apps. I'll open a new post for this.

Paris11111 sorry you are facing problems installing an Adobe application.  Which application are you installing?  You mentioned you received this installation file from the website, which website did you download from?

If you have an individual Creative Cloud membership, then you can use the process listed in Learn how to download your Adobe Creative Cloud apps to download and install the applications through the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application.  If you do not have an individual Creative Cloud membership, Paris11111, then what type of membership are you using?

Paris11111 both errors are likely related.  If you are connecting to a computer that you manage then please make sure you are able to contact the servers listed in Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints .
