how to know the 24 digit serial number in the Adobe ID web?

Hello,

I am a user of Adobe illustrator CS6 and Photoshop CS6.

I bought a new Mac, and would like to use the products in my new Mac.

I have deactivated the products in my old Mac, but I do not know my 24 digit serial number, which is supposed to appear in Registered products in the Adobe ID web (https://accounts.adobe.com).

All I can find is 16 digit Serial Number, starting from 95479992xxxxxxxx.

How I could know the 24 digit serial number?
