Thanks for the help, not exactly as described as current ACC does not have logoff on that location pointed, but exiting the ACC actually logoff , somehow it solved, stangely a computer power off/on does not...closed

I recommend that you, and all having  this  problem, post  your problem at the Adobe feedback site for greater visibility by actual Adobe Tecs

    site: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/categories/photoshop_family_photoshop_lightroom?topic-list[settings][page]=3&topic-list[settings][type]=problem#topic-list

Add a new problem in the Lightroom Classic section (link should point right to it)

As I am recommending this in 3 individual discussions, check and see if a member already created the problem posting, if so, add to it (Me To)

You should include your system information in the posting

You should include mention of your community page discussion (point back to it, providing a link)

The latest Update is 8.4.1. Are you using the CC desktop app to do the update.

Restart your system, shut all other programs down then try it.

Yes I am using the Adobe Creative Cloud App, I had done it already twice... nothing else is on and I have restarted PC between tries...

And sign out of that app, then sign back in, and try again
