Lightroom Classic

4 x 6 inch photo printing in lightroom classic not centered when i reduce the size to passport photo. it will print it all the way to the end towards the left side. But if i print the full size instead of reducing it, theres no problem at all.

It works fine for a few days and then won’t open.  Task Manager says it is running but I see nothing.  What gives?I should mention my catalog is huge … don’t know if that has anything to do with it.

I updated to LrC 15.5 a few hours ago.  Since then LrC has problems with video files.  The first problem I noticed was that when I tried to synchronize a folder that had two new video files.  After a couple of minutes I got the error message “An unknown error occurred while reading the video file. (2)”.  I had just completed those files with DaVinci Resolve so I went back and produced the same files again to check if DR had made an error.  When I tried again with the new files but got the same errors.  I was able to play both videos without any issue using VLC Media Player, so they seem to be OK.  I then shutdown LrC and did a backup including optimizing the catalog, and then restarted it to see if that made any difference, but same error.  Then I started looking at other videos that were already in LrC and found that when browsing them in the Library module, most of them pop up a message “There was an error working with the video”.  They will not play in LrC but work fine with VLC Med

Adobe Lightroom 15.4.1 is crashing repeatedly during the culling process and causing my  pc computer to run terrible slow.  I had to remove it and roll back to a previous version of LRC

Hola;Es mi primer post, he estado indagando por la comunidad, y no he acabado de encontrar la solución.Uso LRC en un MacBook Pro y en varias ventanas de ajuste tengo problemas de redimensionar (salen cortadas). Me di cuenta en la de ajustes de mascara (adjunto captura), pero repasando algunas otras secciones como Ojos Rojos, Recorte… también tengo el mismo problema (adjunto capturas)He probado en modo pantalla completa y nada, se queda igual.Alguien sabe como solucionarlo? Why don't you help us out and incorporate logic inside of Lightroom “auto” to disable vibrance and saturation adjustment on profiles other than your native profiles like Adobe Color and Adobe Standard.  It was designed to work only with your color matrices.

Tethering with my Canon EOS R6 Mark III is still not working in Lightroom Classic 15.5, despite Adobe stating that the Canon tethering issue had been fixed.In fact, the situation is now worse than it was in Lightroom Classic 15.4. With 15.4, I could at least see the camera's Live View. In 15.5, I get nothing. Lightroom can see and display my camera settings, but I cannot actually use tethering or control the camera from Lightroom.I have already ruled out the camera and cable as the cause:The camera firmware is fully up to date. Canon EOS Utility recognizes the camera and works correctly. The USB tethering cable is working properly. The camera itself is therefore clearly communicating with the computer.I also tried using the SDK option, but in that case Lightroom Classic does not recognize the camera at all.So, despite the release notes indicating that the Canon tethering bug was fixed, the Canon R6 Mark III is still effectively unusable for tethered shooting in Lightroom Classic 15.5 —

I just reinstalled LRC 15.5  on iMac 27” 2019:sequoia 15.7.9, 64GB RAMI get the permissions problem which is normally resolved by granting full disk access, but this message is followed by several others each specifying the folder to which it cannot write; this despite full disk access being granted. Ive tried restarting as well. I don't dare use it in case the back ups might be corrupted. It DOES open though.Ive not had tis many messages before-whats going?  also when I try to access preferences I get another error message of the same ilk 

I was asked if I could help a Mac user of LrC resolve a problem, but being a Windows user, I have been unable to help.Whenever they run LrC inDevelop, this cache location rapidly consumes their hard drive storage:/Users/[username]/Library/Caches/com.adobe.LightroomClassicCC7/com.apple.e5rt.e5bundlecacheIn the user’s own words: ‘Issue: A cache folder grows continuously while Lightroom Classic is open in the Develop module, eventually consuming almost the entire SSD. The problem has been so bad for months, this user is about to ditch LrC forever. 

When I attempt to synch new photos from my collection I get "synch error:. I have the collections set up to synch. I have paused synching in LrC, restarted my Win11 PC, restarted LrC but I still receive the same error. What other troubleshooting steps should I try?

In library, I hit R to open crop tool in Develop. But this opens crop overlay, with the Zoom tool, not the crop tool. Hitting R again (closes crop ), then R again, will open crop overlay with the crop tool.The in the Right-hand panel the Crop section is greyed out too.
