Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019: Does it have the "Clarity" function

Does Adobe Photoshop Elements 2019 now  have the CLARITY enhancement feature?

It was the main thing I was looking for from the new 2019  edition.

Even my iPhone with the Adobe Photo Express App has the both the DeHaze and CLARITY adjustments. Those two, if used sparingly together with luminosity contrast, and saturation,  can really produce great results.

I could not find the CLARITY function in Photoshop Elements 2018.

I had to exit the program and use  other products to add that adjustment to my photographs. Very laborious going back and forth trying to get just the right amount of CLARITY adjustments.

Clarity is everywhere in recent Elements versions:

1 - the best tool is to open your files (nor only raws, but also jpegs) in the ACR converter module. The clarity slider is there as well as the vibrance one. I process nearly all my files, raw and jpegs in the ACR module.

2 - From the organizer, instant fix. The Lighting icon offers a clarity slider.

3- While the command is not called 'clarity' the "Unsharp mask" tool in the enhance menu gives the same local contrast adjustment if you choose values like amount 20 and radius 50.

4 - Advanced 'sharpening' techniques like "high pass" let you customize the local contrast effect, with layer blending and masking.

5 - the 'Dehaze' enhancement feature has also a local contrast enhancement effect.

Keep in mind that the 'clarity' works like the 'sharpen' function, but its effect is not limited to the vicinity of the edges, it works farther from the edges, giving more 'depth' to the image.
