라이트룸 클래식이 잠겼습니다

어제까지만해도 잘 사용하던 라이트룸클래식이 갑자기 잠겨 버렸습니다

제가 사용하던 플랜에 분명 라이트룸클래식이 포함인데 갑자기 

클래식 혼자 잠겼습니다 앱 재부팅, 컴퓨터 재부팅도 해봤는데 그대로 입니다

결재일도 9월24일로 (이미지 첨부) 아직 멀었는데 갑자기 라이트룸클래식만 잠겨서

사용을 못하고 있습니다

if you have an enterprise or teams subscription, contact your administrator.

 

if you have an individual subscription:

 

1. sign out of the cc desktop app (http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)

 

2. delete your temp files

2a. win: open settings > system > storage > temporary files > delete files

2b. mac: - open finder > go to menu > library (use option key if not seen) > application support > adobe > common folder > delete media cache and media cache folders

We appreciate you writing in. We can see that you have an active Photography plan.

Lightroom should work fine. When you say that the app is locked, do you mean you are not able to open the app?

If yes, do you get any error?

Also, could you confirm if you can use Photoshop?

the op is seeing lock icons on that app.  the solution i posted was suggested by adobe support and has helped several people (that i know).
