Anyone else who cannot access the offers on Adobe Perks, even though you are logged in to your Adobe account and have a Creative Could plan?
https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/special-offers/adobe-perks.html
Thanks for asking, Roger. I see an update on this issue as recently as today, but nothing which can be shared.
Thank you, everyone, for providing the requested information. I have logged this information, plus details about your account, to help facilitate the discovery of a solution.

Sorry to hear that. It must be something wrong with the website. I just tried with Microsoft Edge, (which I have only opened once ages ago, so it can not be a problem with cookies or settings) and the result is the same. I think this will be for Adobe to fix for the future.

I tried Edge too just in case. Oh well, looks like we'll be missing out on these for a while. At least you know it's not just you!

Jeannie and Roger, which Internet Service Provider are you utilizing? We have seen problems accessing Adobe services, from certain UK Internet providers, in the past; I wonder if the inability to access the Perks site could be similar?
Unfortunately, our chat or phone team cannot help if you can not redeem the perk. The offer has to be redeemed from https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/special-offers/adobe-perks.html and you will be directed to a site outside Adobe to redeem the offer and complete the purchase.

Hi Jeff,
Since it does not work in my phone using data when being disconnected from my network/ISP I would have thought it has to be something to do with either our accounts or the Adobe website.

That is one of the suggestions which was thought with the previous issue, Roger. The root cause was a misconfigured Domain Name Server that affected most Internet providers that provide service throughout the UK and part of Europe. It caused slow performance of Adobe services and apps on computers with older operating systems.
The redemption page function sends you to the third-party site with an agreed-upon offer code from Adobe and the provider. If all other local errors for interacting with a web form have been ruled out, the cause could be upstream.

Sorry, I do not understand at all what you are trying to say with that last comment.

Sorry for any confusion, Roger; just that people providing details like the shared Internet Service Provider, previously resolved a regional error for UK and Europe.
The perks site is a web form, so you will want to use the usual steps when encountering problems interacting with any other web form. It sounds like you have both covered those steps.
Providing any common details about the computers, networks, and any other items of relevance may allow a solution to be discovered, in this public discussion thread, as to why you are both blocked from redeeming the time-limited offers.

Hi Jeff, I'm in the same situation as Roger. I have tried it on a mobile phone using just my data and no wifi so it shouldn't be the internet provider. I'm with BT for my home internet.

If it helps, I am with Hyperoptic.

Thanks, Roger! I hope you both have a great weekend!
I will update this public discussion if I have any updates to share from Adobe.
For future posters, please try the suggestions offered by Kglad and Sil to confirm nothing locally is blocking you from interacting with the web form and redeeming the available offers. If you respond, please briefly summarize the troubleshooting steps you implemented and which United Kingdom Internet Service Provider you are utilizing.
Thank you, everyone, for your patience! Several of the possible discounts look very inviting. Hopefully, you will be able to redeem the offers from https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/special-offers/adobe-perks.html soon.

Same issue for me from multiple computers, tried from my office PC, my home PC and my home Mac. None of them show the "redeem" buttons.
I'm in the market for a new keyboard as well.

Thanks, Duncan, George, Threebythree. If you can respond with the Internet Service Provider (or three different providers) each of you utilized, it would be appreciated.

Thanks, HitPlayAIArt. I appreciate the update. It does appear this behavior is limited to a few subscribers.
For future and current posters, I would encourage you to try different devices and networks to redeem the offer. You don't need to have Adobe software installed to utilize https://www.adobe.com/uk/products/special-offers/adobe-perks.html but make sure you are using a device that is safe to utilize login and credit card details for any purchases.
I will continue to update and monitor this discussion; thank you to everyone who has provided the requested information!

Also can't access the perks, tried from Mac (Safari/Chrome) and phone (wifi/mobile data), cleared browser history, none of it makes any difference. Tried online chat with Adobe, pointless, they didn't help. What a waste of time
