Activate Redeem Code from 2024 in year 2025

Hi, 

I got in 2024 November a redeem code and want to activate/extend today (2025 October) my 1 year plan, but it doesn't work. 

Is the code even time related? Who has the experience? 

I don't understand, I purchase two codes but it works only for 2024??

Hi @Shivangi_Gupta , I purchased on Amazon, item is "phtotosho and lightroom 20gb 1 year abo" (provider is Adobe), I didn't notice there was any information about validity. Can we see the code validity from Adobe?

the code probably expired.  contact the vendor to confirm.

Qingkai, any restrictions that were placed on the code would have been included in the documentation for your purchase. Once the current outage of Amazon Web Services has concluded, I would recommend checking your code, and contacting Amazon about any problems you are encountering redeeming the code you purchased, Qingkai.

In addition to the code expiring, you also need to make sure that the code matches the current subscription, Qingkai, otherwise you can also end up having a duplicate subscription with the new code being redeemed for a different subscription.  You may want to consider renewing your plans through Adobe directly to reduce any additional effort or costs from your end. ^JW
