Adobe didn't recieve my cancellation, now wants to charge me a hell amount of money!

Hey! I clicked on a trial subscription in November, got the warning e-mail in December that it will soon expire. I CANCELLED my account, I definitely remember! And I thought that was all, but suddenly, a month later, I saw that the first month was charged AND to cancel now would cost me 190EUR??!!

 

Who can I talk to from Adobe cuz this is obvously outrageous!! I don't find any contact on which I could give them a complaint!
