Hi,

I have formatted my laptop and computer and where I went to reinstall the CS5 Adobe Photoshop extended Students version it has not asked me for the serial number on installation but I did log into my Adobe ID account and it installed it all ok and is working. The strange thing is I notice that the programme has disappeared from my Adobe Account for some strange reason so I went onto the Register button to put my serial number back in and it says it is already registered which I know it is already registered to me so I do not understand why I cannot see it from my adobe account as one of my products? My Adobe Dreamweaver CS5 is also the same and says "This Serial number is already in use" which I know both are already in use by me. Please can someone tell me how I can get these serial numbers back registered in my adobe account as they are registered to me and always have been. Thank you for your help Adobe.
