I have been trying to reach their customer service but it's all in vain. I guess the money is just all lost at this point! I have canceled my student Creative Cloud since I am done with my classes where I need the creative cloud. That was in Dec 20, 2017. Then suddenly, I got charged $75 on December 26th without a "reason" for it on my credit card. The transaction literally just says "Adobe Systems". What the hell Adobe. I am incredibly disappointed!

Good morning
In August 9th , after wanting to try the free trial, 3 days later, I tried to cancel my suscription trial, but the option was not where their support forum said it would be. Therefore,  I waited more time 2 days or so, finaly since I got no answers I tried to delete my account, in order to communicate that I'm not using this program and to avoid being charged for this reason , but I see that I have been charged around 40 dollars since then for two months and I don't want to keep being charged from now either.
I have been trying to reach their customer service but I wasn't being payed attention.  I would like to get a refund for the amonut I was charged and I want to cancel my plan to stop being charged since it doesn't make any sense . The transaction says "Adobe Systems" for that amount of money. Please, I would appreciate if you can help me with the support system to have a solution for me and the rest of people who are going trhough the same situation. Tahnk you.
