One important thing to know. This is called a "retail plan". The plan belongs to the named person, not the company. This may not seem important but consider - suppose the person leaves the company. The company wants to stop paying, or move it to the new hire.

    1. Retail plans cannot be transferred, ever.

    2. The company CANNOT talk to Adobe about the plan, or cancel the plan, or find out about the plan EVER. Only the named person.

This is why the "Teams plan" may be a better choice. The company adminsters it, giving out licenses to staff, and getting them back. Payment is nothing to do with the end user.
