Being charged twice

I've just noticed on my bank account that I appear to be being charged twice. There is one transaction a month from 'Adobe' and another from 'Adobe Systems'. 

See attached bank statement.

 

Please can you investigate this issue with some haste?

Hi, that link takes me to a 404 page!

 

Also, I don't know what the two charges are for. One is for my Pro apps and Adobe stock - which should be billed monthly. But the second charge in the month is unknown to me and I suspect it's a scam. 

please can you investigate?

Hi, this link seems only to be useful to search for a single transaction. And it doesn't seem to find any of my transactions. You have a direct debit set up with my account and seem to be taking two amounts per month but I only have one account/seat with you. Please can you investiage what is happening? My bank statement is uploaded earlier in this thread.

I see that you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with this community. There are 2 subscriptions under this account, Adobe Stock and Creative cloud + Stock. One of the susbcriptions in active and other is under payment issue. 

 

If you don't wish to continue, please follow steps shared in this link to cancel the subscription : https://adobe.ly/3WurNLy;

Firstly, that link produces a 404 error. 

 

And I only want the Creative Coud, no Stock accounts at all.

I understand your point. I reviewed your account again and found that you have 3 plans associated with your email address:

1. A team's subscription for which you are paying 93.32 GBP

2. An individual plan(CCPro+Stock) for which you are paying 67.47 GBP.

3. An individual plan for Adobe Stock which has pending dues as my colleague mentioned above.

 

Could you confirm if you wish to proceed with individual plan or team's plan? The cancellation processes are different for both the plans.

I had no clue I had these multiple accounts! And for how long???? All I want is my solo CCPro account which is the account that I thought I was using all along? And no Stock accounts at all.

 

Occasionally, I use my apps on my laptop and then have to de-authorise my main machine to do (when I'm travelling) will I still have that option if the solo account is what I end up using?
