Can I set up my individual license CC so my company appears on the invoice

It has already, according to other posts and an Adobe support web chat, I believe  been confirmed to me that I can use a sole individual licence both for commercial use and even used through  my company  - small company with only me and one other employee / partner- providing I do not actually need any of the upgraded Adobe 'Team' license functionality and specifically  also that only one of us uses the license; what applies in my case as only one of us will be using Adobe CC.

But can anyone kindly confirm or clarify that  if because an individual licence CAN  be used through my company / in my company  name and for commercial use - when subject to the aforementioned criteria /restrictions- CAN  I then have my individual licence invoice or receipt for this individual licence addressed in my company name - even if my personal name is listed  along with it ?

This would be most appropriate if  I want  to recover the VAT  on this  business cost;  am  I  right to assume that because the license allows for any type of commercial use this should be / is possible?

Any confirmation from any members that have first hand experience of this especially from the UK will be helpful.
