Can't change my emil address from school to university

Hi there

I recently finished high school, and have been using a school/work account with my institution. I recently got my new university email, so I have been trying to change my school email to my university email so I will still be eligible for the student plan.

However, it simply doesn't let me - the buttons to change my details don't appear, and there is no section where I can verify/rewew my education status.

I have tried signing out of my school account, and signing in with my new university email, but it doesn't create a new student account but rather signs me back into to my current school account.

I have also tried to create a new personal account using my uni email, but under the accounts tab there is no section to verify my education status, either.

I'm finding this issue very frustrating to navigate, so any help would be greatly appreciated. My account type is listed as Adobe for Enterprise.
