Hi,
If I sign up for the month to month Photoshop subscrition, and I decide to cancel after the two week cancellation period, will I just be billed for the remainder of the month or will I have to pay a fee? I know there's a fee for cancelling the yearly subscription.
Thanks for any info,
Mel
See the cancellation terms for month-to-month here (first section):
https://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html
"You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Adobe Account page or by contacting Customer Support. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable, and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period."
(Hint: cancel before the two weeks!
...First, make sure you have the Photoshop (only) plan and not the Photography plan. In the USA at least, the Photography (edit) plan does not have a monthly plan.
Assuming you have the Photoshop plan, make sure you have the Monthly plan and not the Yearly plan paid monthly.
Assuming you have the Monthly plan, you can cancel and only be charged for the current month. (The Yearly plan has a penalty for cancelling before the year is up.)

if you have any doubts about whether you can cancel any time (which is explicitly stated) in monthly subscriptions, contact adobe support before purchasing, or copy and paste here a screenshot of the plan you're about to choose.

You have not signed up yet, is that correct?
There is a difference between month-to-month and annual, paid monthly. See the screenshot in my first post. The link in that post also describes the subscription terms for each plan in detail.

David, I'm pretty sure you were typing too fast (as we all do on occasion) and made a typo here? 🙂

Thanks, Jane. Although I don't have to be typing fast to make a typo!
