contact adobe support.
there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

I am having the same issues. I cancelled my adobe subscription last month and I"m now being threatened by adobe that my account will be suspended because I haven't paid my bill?????????????????? Seriously disappointed with Adobe. Tried to call someone, but got a bot telling me to log in and then come back and speak to it??? WT! Worst customer service ever.

Thanks for your reply, though you missed the main point of my msg and that is why is Adobe sending me a threatening email about suspending my account when I've already cancelled it?
While I have you here, are you saying that you cannot speak to an actual person over the telephone if you want to speak to someone at adobe?
What part of the world does this community.adobe cater to?
Thanks.

there's no easy way to contact anyone that can help you via telephone. ie, it's possible but not practical.
it's easier to use chat. ie, follow my suggestion(s) above.

Thanks for letting me know. Why isn't it practical? I think it is more efficient and quicker to deal with something in person and if that's not availble, then via telephone. I find using chat very frustrating and it usually ends up not being at all helpful and just a big waste of time...as is this conversation, where I still have no answer to my original concern and that is why am I receiving an email threatening to suspend my account...

adobe used to offer telephone support and allowed people (like me) to post the number. they changed that policy months ago so we've been asked to no longer give that number out. the number is still posted in older threads, but i'm not sure that number is still in use.
i'm not sure why you're finding chat a waste of time unless you're failing to bypass the bot and chat with a human.
