Foi feita uma cobrança de R$43,40 porém a assinatura contatada é de R$8,50.

Part of the problem here is that you have multiple accounts at Adobe.  The account you used to post for help has no Lightroom subscription.

 

Also, this is a user-to-user support forum.  Some Adobe staff like me who volunteer to help can share info about how to use the product, but not all of us have Adobe Support tools or training.  The best thing is for you to contact Adobe Support directly at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT to reach a person faster

From what I can see, there is another account with your name, but the email address is hidden because Apple Private Email / email relay was used.  There was a subscription that shows as canceled by the user.  When you contact Adobe Support, see if they can restart the subcription for you.  If not, what do they recommend.

 

You could try signing into Lightroom your correct account -- sign out, and then tap Apple when signing in again, and use the same private email setup as before.  Then, in LR app Settings, tap your user name -- do you see Restore Purchase?  Does that work?  It may not work for an account that is canceled.

Fiz a compra do plano mensal dentro da plataforma Lightroom de R$8,50 ( oito reais e cinquenta centavos) as 16:53 no dia 24 de outubro de 2025. Porém, na minha fatura caiu o valor de R$43,40. Quero o estorno desse valor pois foi cobrado errado.
