Buen dia, no quiero renovar mi suscripcion y no se como cancelarla

-Do be aware that cancelling early means paying 1/2 of the remaining subscription time as a fee

you can't cancel your renewal in advance.  ie, as soon as you cancel, you lose the usage of adobe apps even if you've paid in advance.

 

you can set a reminder to cancel just a few days prior to your renewal date to maximize the usage of adobe's apps and prevent the renewal.

 

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I have the same problem. But I tried to cancel it weeks before and nothing happened. So this month the plan was renewed and I´m hand-tied, due I cannot cancel.

I have tried and sent many messages to adobe support and nobody can help me.
