There exists a website purporting to sell a lifetime license to the full suite of current Adobe desktop applications including PhotoShop and Lightroom CC for $89.99. This seems far too good to be true - what is the deal here? [Bogus seller's site removed by moderator. There is no such thing as a 'lifetime license' for subscription software. Buyers beware.]

You can't buy a master collection anymore, except as a used software, where Adobe transfers the licence to you. All other methods may get your serial banned.
What version did you buy?

The scammer continues on Facebook as of 3/11/24. I used the Adobe fraud link to report it. They quickly moved me to a private discussion thread when I asked for evidence that they are an authorized reseller for the U.S. market. Thanks for the info and confirmation!

I've paid for 2 "lifetime licences" through Groupon, one for Adobe Illustrator which I received the files for, and one for Photoshop which I ordered 2 weeks ago and am still chasing for the install files. If it's through Groupon could it still be a scam? The Illustrator software seems like it's the real deal but I'm a bit worried now that it could contain a virus. Has anyone experienced the same?

Groupon is an agent, not the owner of what is being sold
Repeating what has been said... there is no such thing as a lifetime license to subscription software
There ARE some programs sold with a serial number, such as Photoshop Elements
