I've tried contacting Adobe over chat to try and resolve this, but the chat applet just hangs each time I've tried it (tested in Safari and Chrome browsers on a 2013 Macbook pro running Mavericks) I've got a couple of messages from Adobe indicating that they couldn't take payment from my credit card. Same credit card that they've been using for over a year. I spoke to the credit card company, they say there is no problem with the card and that Adobe has not tried to take payment. I got them to check twice, so they are 100% sure that this is the case.
There doesn't seem to be any point in re-entering the credit card details, it's a corporate credit card and nothing has changed.
I can't find a telephone number to speak to Adobe about this and the emails sent to me are from a "noreply" email address.
Help! How do I speak to someone to find out what the problem is and fix it?

Hi,
The bank has never implied any restrictions, I'm trying to use a new credit card. However I use the same credit card for other monthly subscriptions, and it didnt get declined.

I have the same problem, adobe can't deduct money from my credit card (january bill), I have tried calling and chatting but nobody can help me.

The Credit Card could not be authorized, I am sorry I would also suggest to change the card & try.

The new credit card detail has been updated in our payment portal, it takes about 24 hours to get the charge processed.
Please let us know if it still does not activate the CC.

For the last days when I've tried to "manage account" I got this message " Sorry this page is not availabe".
And I've also got an Adobe invoice pdf, where it says that the "amount is paid"

I'm just gonna add my same problem to this thread, seems Adobe is answering people here. What is the best way to have Adobe take my money for my service... Can Adobe please fix their credit card portal for taking payments? My other card expired and I tried updating my payment and it does nothing. I can't get any work done, been trying to update my card for a month and now my service is shut off. PLEASE ADOBE HELP!
