Currently there is no option to suspend a plan. The only option if viable is to cancel the plan and resubscribe when you need it

Before you cancel, do the math to ascertain if this is beneficial or not. There is a 50% early termination fee for cancelling an annual plan. And you will lose any special discounts you may have enjoyed under your old plan.
In other words, it will cost you something to cancel and it may cost more to resubscribe later.
