Is there still no way to completely remove my credit card details form the adobe database??
The only option I had was to edit it, or to add a new one - No option to remove it entirely.

I have ended my subscription, yet when I go to renew it, I can see that adobe has saved my credit card details and I cannot remove them. How is this ok?!

Incredibly dodgy practice on behalf of adobe. The product is already expensive, tonnes of glitches, plus the inability to remove credit card details... I think it's time to move on from adobe.

Everyone should move one. I have to pay $76 to cancel a 19.99 a month subscription. They are criminals and scum.

yes, there's a penalty for cancelling. an annual subscription before your obligation expires.

the point is for others to realize there's a reason the monthly payments for the annual subscription are much less than the monthly subscription payments. ie, pay attention to your agreements.

I've been paying monthly after taking a reduced rate for a few months, so I have no idea what you're talking about when you say annual subscription. So the point is, kglad, that Adobe is being invesitgatied by the FTC for it's practices and terms of service that's I also hate and have had to deal with, and you can dance and spin as much as you want but it's sleezy and.... criminal.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

Using live agent chat, they quickly removed our extra credit cards. The agent was very helpful and prompt.
